Marina Sol is conveniently located steps from Medano Beach in downtown Cabo. Well appointed condos, clean well kept grounds and pools. Very low key but comfortable and safe. Steps to Walmart for supplies and groceries and right in the heart of all the action. If you like tacos, tequila, sun and fun, Cabo is the place for you!

We had an amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The unit which we had overlooked the pool and i watched the sun rise over the building every morning. We enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant, very good and reasonable. The staff seems to be always cleaning and maintaining the pool and grounds. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The concierge (She) was so nice.

Our stay at A-509 Casa Gran Terraza was absolutely amazing! We went for our honeymoon and everyone at Marina Sol took the absolute best care of us. We had everything we needed in the condo and the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, and the food at cantina was soooo good. It was honestly some of the best food we had the entire trip. Highly recommend booking a stay!

We loved our stay at Marina Sol! The Ultimate Penthouse was a perfect fit for our group of 10 ladies. It’s decorated so nicely & has everything you need. Love that you could choose between 2 twin beds or a queen for most rooms. The staff was very friendly & attentive. Location is great, very close to beach & town. Looking forward to stating again, maybe with the husbands next time…MAYBE!

this is probably my 6-8th stay here at Marina Sol. It was easy to book condo. They also arranged transportation for me from airport as well as a rental car for a couple of days. Marina Sol is conveniently located near Medano beach and downtown Cabo. There is a Walmart nearby that you can also walk to to buy any essentials. When staying here you do not need a rental car as everything is nearby. We rented a car as we drove out to La Paz for the day which i highly recommend. Will definitely come back.

We love Marina Sol! Stayed in A509 for the second time—great pool views, elevator access, and a balcony that runs the length of the condo (with a BBQ!). The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides for privacy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Two on-site restaurants, 5 minutes to Medano Beach, 10 to downtown. Safe, convenient, and perfect for any group size from 1–5 bedrooms.

Close to down town, walking distance to just about everything. You will not need a taxi or car. Walmart is across the street to grab some small items. The restaurant Tres Amigas restaurant is on site and they have some great food. Alberto is a great waiter. Very safe. The pool is heated which is ok, when it’s 90deg out I would like a colder pool. The prices are a little on the high side for food, but remember to tip heavy.

We love staying at the Marina Sol, everything you need is right there, the beach, pool, bars, restaurants and Walmart! The pool restaurant, tres amigas is soo good!!! Love their shrimp quesadillas and shrimp tacos, our room was on the 5th floor and the view of the city was so pretty! Thank you again Premier Properties Cabo San Lucas we will be back!

Traveled to celebrate my birthday and it was my first trip to Cabo. Based on a recommendation from a friend I stayed at Marina Sol premier properties, which was a great choice , centrally located to everything in Cabo. We walked everywhere we needed to go and felt safe the whole time . Plus they had a great Nail Bar And Spa downstairs in the lobby that I got pampered at as a birthday present?? If you’re looking for a great value and well set up condos, I would definitely recommend staying here as the prices are very fair compared to other hotels in the area . The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the Resort also had a good concierge named Elly who helped us arrange activities.

First time in Mexico and we chose well with this venue.Close to beaches and shops but not near the party areas,about 5 minutes away if that's your idea of a holiday. It's a big time share place for mostly Canadians and Americans. The local staff are so friendly greeting you every time with a smile.Not like some guests! Inside the resort the managers,particularly Rosa and manager of the bar and shop, Heather, were exceptional with advice. Rookie error we left our backpack outside and an hour into our drive to La Paz Rosa rang to let us know.Passports,credit cards and my drivers licence were kept safely by Rosa and returned as we came by. I suggest this place suits families and people who want reasonable accomodation and intend supporting local businesses...not the massive all inclusive US enclaves!
