Welcome to the Dublin Designer - our fully furnished 1BR at The Kensington at Riggins Run; a new gated community in the Dublin/Hilliard area near OSU / The James, Nationwide Children's, Honda, and Bridge Park.

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of premium furniture, 1st-floor location (no steps!), walk-in shower, patio w/nature views, and resort-style amenities — all lovingly designed for stays of 30+ nights. Perfect for relocations, work assignments, or medical travel to Columbus.

*Need extra flexibility?* We've got you! Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll place a courtesy block on the apartment for you so you can extend 30 nights at a time without committing upfront.

Pets: We are happy to welcome up to 2 pets with prior approval (just send us a message!). Max combined pet weight: 75 lbs. No commonly-restricted breeds permitted. An extra $10/night pet rent will be required, as well as a screenshot of recent vet records (for dogs).

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!
