Guest：泡温泉以後想回房间冲个热水澡，结果放了10分钟那个热水都是冷的，求助前台谘询给出结果，让我把洗漱台的热水档位和洗澡间的热水档位同时持续放开几分钟等水热，按此方法七八分钟後才稍微有热水，这样的设施在哪都没碰到，大冬天的住个宾馆来冷到感冒，希望酒店方改善并重示此等问题，并能提前提醒。: 2024-12-01

Guest：设施：设备设施的老化非常明显，一年不如一年衞生：很多角落衞生处理的都不到位，也许地毯颜色深看不见环境：室外的环境还是可以的，毕竟还是有一个园林区服务：本次体会最深刻的就是服务，从铺床开始，每一个工作环节都要询问这样行不行？那样行不行？客户并不是来给你做培训的。一会儿説自己很忙，可不可以待会过来？问题是你人都来了，做完再走不行吗，真的很忙，你可以不用出现。最後一点，遗落在酒店的洗发水套装，丝域三件套，至少还有一大半消失不见。: 2025-01-01
