The cleaning staff was the only negative about my stay. My room wasnt attended until 2 days after my request. The bare minimum was done.

The staff was friendly! The breakfast was amazing! They had an omelette station, which I’ve never seen in a hotel. The room was nice and cozy. Maybe a few upgrades in the bathroom but it was still nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

very good place. nice and convenient to places we need to go in the area. good breakfast and indoor pool. however, ******* says free parking but was charge. 1 elevator working during our visit that takes longer time going up and down from the 6th floor. over all, a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was the only thing ok about this place, the bed was hard, the shower didn’t get hot and was NOT clean, we had to request room service and I asked for towels and they made me come down and get them myself, and never heard of this but we had to pay for parking 10$ a day “due to the hotel having complimentary breakfast”
Breakfast was an average breakfast same as any other hotel I have gotten free breakfast from so the parking made no sense.

The complementary breakfast was great! I was in town for a work trip. Walking down the street to the Stonebriar Shopping Center was very convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon my arrival for checking in/out.

Had to pay $10.90/night for parking in an open lot. The staff did not ask for my vehicle info when checking in so I had to call later to volunteer my info.
No hotel in the suburbs should charge for parking.

The room and staff were great. The bed was very comfortable. The only down aide was the ridiculous 10+ dollar a day parking charge added to my bill without notice.

En toda nuestra estancia no nos hicieron el aseo, te cobran el estacionamiento ( $10 dlls por noche)

ótima localiza??o , café da manh? variado, funcionários muito prestativos , boa limpeza nos quartos , banheiro espa?oso . A piscina interna é boa mas n?o aquecida como esperávamos .Quarto para 4 pessoas bem espa?oso e confortável . Excelente experiência.
