Guest：This is easily one of my favorite JW locations. The hotel is in an excellent spot, just a short distance from Highland Park and within walking distance of several great restaurants. I stayed on the 20th floor—my room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. I also attended a work event held on the 11th and 12th floors, and the catered food exceeded expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return.

Guest：The hotel is brand new. The rooms are stylish and very spacious. The staff is warm and welcoming. I only stayed one night but had a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for. The event spaces were beautiful, the food and service were top-tier, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. You could truly feel the JW team’s commitment to excellence throughout the weekend. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone hosting a luxury event or conference in Dallas!
