Though the room wasn't ready for 30 minutes, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really liked the style of the rooms and the joint room was nice and spacious. There wasn't a trash can in the room but we had our own little trash bag so that was fine. Also, there weren't any paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen. It was nice having a lot of space in the closet but a few more hangers would be really nice. I also don't think my bedroom sheets were washed because there were body oil stains on the sheets along with body glitter and they didn't smell very good. My throw blanket was also really dirty. Neither of us slept really well because there was a very loud and profane argument right outside the balcony window and the hotel staff had a lot to deal with in that regard. Overall, it was a great location to stay and we felt at home.

Clean & Great for my weekend stay!
Was in town for a bodybuilding competition, and this was just minutes from the LA convention center which is where I needed to be during most of the days I spent in LA.
I really appreciated the staff that went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. They even offered to store my luggage so I didn’t have to deal with packing day of my comp which was the day I was scheduled to check out.
Communication was quick the one time I had a question regarding the room which is something I didn’t expect being it was a self-check in establishment and the only staff I saw were the housekeepers which by the way work super hard to keep the place clean each day.
Thank you for making my visit to LA super smooth and easy and most of all, affordable. ??

Inadequate parking for these rooms. there were constant messages about someone blocking someone else and there is absolutely no street parking within blocks. The room itself was ok, somewhat noisy as shared if your housemates spoke (thin walls between)

I booked this because it was within walking/scootering distance from USC. That really was the only positive. When I arrived the room was dirty, pee still in the toilet, hairs all over the bathroom, floor was very dirty, my socks were immediately brown. The first night was okay, but Friday and Saturday night I could hear every sound from every other resident - toilets flushing, people peeing, people talking, people cooking, people’s alarms going off in the morning… there is zero sound proofing in the building. I got multiple texts in the middle of the night asking people to move their cars however my check-in told me there was no onsite parking… overall it worked, but I would never book again.

定了两间房，入住时只给了一间房，反覆确认后才发现还有一间。整个入住流程非常复杂。
预订了一间标准间双床一间大床房，却给了两间大床房，两个成年男子根本没法住。
院子里停满车，没有任何规划，半夜12点房东在院子里扯着嗓门喊人挪车，小孩哭，小狗狂吠加女房东尖厉的嗓门，吵的要命根本无法入睡。房间隔音几乎没有，后排房间里的声音，楼上马桶抽水音和洗澡的下水声，声声入耳，入住非常不愉快，不推荐。

位置有点偏，不过离市区不是太远，离南加州大学校区很近，作为家长探访学生住宿合适，经济实用。
自助酒店，没有服务。
房间还算乾净，有公共厨房可以使用。
楼梯气味很浓。
周边环境不是太好，晚上不能出门。

I was not aware it was hostel until I got there being it was my first stay in hostel i was impressed by quietness overall did not hear noise until morning from lady across the way playing her music other wise it was not too bad. Parking is residential so be prepared to dropped off or wait for someone to leave so you can find somewhere to park. It’s not best location however it’s not the worse it is LA south central lol
