接下來要説讓我很不滿的地方，早上起來想洗個澡，洗不到15分鐘竟然就變冷水了！真的是連25分鐘都不到
因為我身上肥皂還沒洗乾凈，只能在這邊冷著身子等著它加熱！
不敢想像如果家庭旅游 更多人來住會是什么情況！

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

房間正對雪道，陽光充沛，非常暖和舒適。有管家服務幫助辦理雪票和借用滑雪裝備，是一次愉快的滑雪度假體驗。

酒店服務非常好，適合帶小朋友來。吃飯、換雪板都不用出酒店，很方便，制板選擇也很多。有火鍋和燒烤，前臺回應很及時。以安排了去雪鄉的一日游。
