  • Guest：Hotel staff are very helpful and went out of their way to help. We would come back.
  • Guest：Parking is only for check in and check out. Any other time you have to use the public parking gatage which is just across the street but is not cheap! Breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. A good choice for our 4 day trip.
  • Guest：We visited the hotel (family with 2 young children) for 1 night and we were extremely pleased with it. We had booked a suite and it was in the upper floor of the hotel, very comfortable and quiet, with very good bedding and with direct view of the Festspielhaus. Very clean, it had a mini fridge (empty, so you can put your own staff), and the bathroom was reasonably sized (not something amazing, though). Breakfast was quite good, although it had a slightly impersonal feel. The staff was friendly, polite and extremely supporting. We were also able to leave our baggage at the reception before checking in. The location is very good, not in the city center but an easy 15 minutes walk to it, and a bus stop is just outside the hotel in case someone wants to use public transport. The value felt fair, especially comparing to other (much more) expensive options in the wonderful city of Baden-Baden. You won't regret staying here!
  • Guest：Lovely all around. Be advised that single bed room is quite cozy (read small) but clean as a whistle and mattress is very comfortable. The window opens for fresh air. On third floor is an inviting lobby.
