Check-in etwas holprig über das Restaurant, Zimmer und Ausstattung prima, Bett & Stream-TV klasse - lediglich der n?chtliche L?rm aus der hauseigenen Küche (im Hinterhof) bis nach 23 Uhr war doch recht st?rend!
Dafür aber ein sehr netter MA beim Auschecken.

Das Zimmer war etwas veraltet und schon abgewohnt. Das sieht und riecht man schon beim Betreten. Es war nicht dreckig, jedoch k?nnte es deutlich sauberer sein. Manche Ger?te wie z. B. den Wasserkocher oder die Mikrowelle wollte man lieber nicht benutzen. In der Küchenzeile fehlte komplett das Licht. Die Lage ist für Stadionbesuche sehr gut, da der Deutsche Bank Park fu?l?ufig erreichbar ist. Der ?PNV ist ebenfalls direkt zu erreichen. Die Parksituation dagegen ist nicht gut.

Die Lage des Hotels zum Stadion ist ideal. Ebenfalls kann man die Innenstadt via ?PNV gut erreichen. Das Hotel ist alt, abgewohnt und teilweise mit kaputten Armaturen in Bad und Mini-Küche ausgestattet. Insgesamt war es relativ sauber. Dafür war es schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Umgebung grunds?tzlich hat nicht überzeugt.

Bei Ankunft kein Ansprechpartner oder Empfang. Telefonisch mu?te der Zugangscode erfragt werden.
Zimmer prima..
Morgens kein Frühstück wie Buchung, Kein Personal.

the room was for 2 persons, but the set of towels was for 1 person. Also the blanket was single. Plus there was no breakfast, although it was included in the services

Loved the easy access to public transportation. The 61 bus for the airport and the 21 tram to go into the city and Hbf.

Perfect little apartment for what we needed. Excellent food choices near by. Right next to a bus stop was a plus.
However, one of the night staff members (Karam) offered to make us food one evening after our return from downtown (where we ended up staying late due to demonstrations over the war) instead of making food he poured us a beer then began groping my wife.
We immediately left on a bus and stayed away until the shift change.
Completely unacceptable and disgusting

Super gelgendes und vor allem günstiges Apartment. Gerade für Stadionbesuche wirklich super empfehlenswert. Auch mit den ?ffentlichen super zu erreichen die Stationen sind 50m entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert

The way the room was set up seemed brilliant - making use of the space efficiently; liked the tiny kitchen with everything I could wish for. The TV screen couldn't be viewed from the bed, but that was fine by me. Great firm mattress. Very clean and not as impersonal as some hotel rooms I've experienced. Staff was super friendly. Would like to stay here again.

The car should park beside the roadway, and sometimes the spaces are full.
