The room was great, especially if you're going to stay for a few days. The small kitchen was great to have, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

Tive azar no checkin. Apartamento um pouco sujo.
As instala??es do apartamento s?o muito boas - tudo com aspecto de bem conservado. O conforto também é bom.
A cozinha do apartamento é muito limitada, principalmente pelo espa?o disponível para cozinhar.
N?o tem estacionamento próprio. Como era final de semana, n?o tive problemas em estacionar na rua.
Tive dois problemas na estadia:
1) O apartamento n?o estava adequadamente limpo. Tinha muito pó em baixo das camas e pelo ch?o.
2) O checkin é totalmente aut?nomo - deve-se colocar um código em uma key-box para ent?o receber a chave do apartamento. Contudo, esse código n?o me foi fornecido previamente. Para essas situa??es, exstia um aorienta??o de procurar o restaurante que fica ao lado. No restaurante, o funcionário n?o sabia falar inglês e nem sabia o que deveria fazer. Somente resolvia situa??o após contatar a central do Paragon por telefone.

Habe die Unterkunft vor über einem Jahr gebucht. Queen-Bett. Bei Ankunft nicht das Zimmer erhalten, welches gebucht war. Zimmer war mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Rezeption nicht besetzt. Per Telefon mit einem Herrn gesprochen. Wollte uns ein "kostenloses Upgrade" andrehen, welches daraus bestand, ein Zimmer mit einem kleinerem Bett zu bekommen. Mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen. Nur nach l?ngeren Diskussionen konnten wir als Entschuldigung ein Abendessen für zwei Personen auf Kosten des Hauses erhalten. Wir waren für vier N?chte im Haus. Zimmer wurde leider nicht einmal gereinigt. Nur auf Nachfrage haben wir frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier bekommen.
Das Haus ist an sich sehr sch?n und auch die Dachterrasse ist super eingerichtet, aber mit G?stereklamationen sollte man anders umgehen.
P.S. Die Angestellten des Restaurants waren alle super freundlich und das Essen war mega lecker.

Hotel war für eine Nacht ok.
Leider keine Klimaanlage.
Liegt direkt an Stra?enbahn Anbietung. Super Verbindung.

A good room, no parking around.
The room was nice, with good air conditioner and a good shower and bed.
The hotel doesn't have parking place, so it's not recommended if you come by car. We found a parking place, asked the staff at the reception if we can park there and they said that it's ok, and after a few hours we found a parking ticket on the window. Very disappointing.
