Our apartment was great size for 2 people. The service was very personal, it felt like a private villa even though it wasn’t. The breakfast was brilliant. The apartments are situated close to Como town centre which had a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa is comfortable, stylish and is just as you see in the photos. We reached the center and lake within 6 minutes on foot. Staff are warm and friendly. Suite was big with a wrap around balcony! Bedroom was a little cold but we just couldnt figure out the heating. Other than that it was perfect. Shame we only had 1 night. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Savoury muffins were fab. Thanks.

Sehr idyllische Unterkunft, sch?nes und stylisches Zimmer, Kontakt mit Elisabetta sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück individuell und sehr fein.

This was unfortunately not what we had hoped for on our honeymoon. I cannot fault the staff who were incredibly helpful, especially Elisabetta. The property itself however is extremely disappointing and the breakfast was below average. The hotel itself is up a steep hill and surrounded by building works. The hotel has not lift and would not be good for anyone with accessibility issues. We felt it was over priced and very inauthentic. The sister hotel just round the corner looked a much nicer place to stay, it was a shame to have stayed 2 nights of our short trip there.

The room was very comfortable. Property was nicely maintained with pretty gardens and nearby parking. Staff was warm and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely assortment. The area is a hilly walk from the shops, but worth the quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Virkelig godt hotel. Fred og ro og dejligt i varmen at der var pool.

Veldig sjarmerende og hyggelig hotell. God service og god mat.

Gute ruhige Lage, kleiner Pool, sehr aufmerksamer Service und sehr gute Empfehlung für einen Ausflug. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch reserviert, man w?hlt am Abend vorher aus, was man m?chte und muss auch die Uhrzeit nennen. Wir fanden das nicht so gut und h?tten ein Buffet pr?feriert. Beim Frühstück sitzt man teilweise etwas beengt und der sch?nste Tisch drau?en war immer für 4 Personen reserviert. Schade.
Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer im Anbau - uns fehlte definitiv Stauraum bzw. ein Kleiderschrank.
Insgesamt zu empfehlen, aber mit kleineren Abstrichen.
Der Pool ist leider nur von 9 bis 19 Uhr ge?ffnet.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! I stayed in a spacious studio with a large, comfortable bed and a lovely terrace — perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff were truly amazing — kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
I was also impressed by their commitment to sustainability, from eco-friendly amenities to various green initiatives throughout the property. It’s clear they care about both comfort and the environment.
Highly recommend this place for a stay in Como!
