Stayed here as part of a Secret Escapes package, never again. Very basic room, pool closed due to huge fungal growth, it would have been nice to swim at the end of a long hot day. Room clean but very noisy as all 18 rooms arranged chalet style in a terrace round a courtyard . All noises from neighbours are audible, and tvs from both sides deafening. Hotel itself basically a hall with one helpful staff member at breakfast each morning, otherwise empty. Breakfast itself very basic and mostly sweet tarts and not replenished if you choose to eat later, but excellent coffee. Fridge in the room but no tea/ coffee making facilities. We arrived at 8.30 at night just as staff member was locking up, I guess we would have had to sleep in the car if we had arrived any later.
Rooms are nice and comfortable and cleaned daily. The upkeep around the swimming pool is a bit disappointing and few of the staff speak any English. We were also disappointed that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. Also though breakfast is until 10 when we arrived at 9:30 there were no glasses for the juices more any plates and although we asked for them they never arrived
Struttura pulitissima ed accogliente. Nulla da dire sul personale e sulla colazione molto abbondante. Posizione strategica per girare la Puglia in macchina come abbiamo fatto noi. Unico appunto, l’arredamento delle camere un po’ stile antico, non in linea con l’aspetto esterno della struttura.
Bellissimo posto, bellissime stanze, molto pulito. Cena spettacolare, e accoglienza dolcissima. Spero di ritornarci perché è veramente un bellissimo posto. Ogni stanza è a sè e sono accessibili facilmente anche con passeggino come nel mio caso. Consigliatissimo!!!
Grazie ad uno Smartbox ho avuto il piacere di conoscere questa bellissima struttura.... avevo letto le recensioni e ho voluto provarla direttamente..Sono una viaggiatrice pugliese,le nostre mete sempre altrove quando abbiamo realtà del genere vicino casa. .Mai scelta più azzeccata.... struttura aperta tutto l'anno, enorme, diverse sale ricevimenti,ben tenuta, pulizia, professionalità, Chef bravissimo, colazione internazionale, cene?? .. insomma la materia prima è di qualità.. è stata un esperienza che Consiglio a tutti, è in una posizione privilegiata in quanto si possono raggiungere diverse mete della nostra splendida Puglia..camere belle,pulite, bagno grande e con doccia emozionale...solo un po' il materasso da rivedere,ma rifarei il tutto.. ringrazio le receptionist Marida, Anna,il Maitre Andrea,le signore delle pulizie.a tutti GRAZIE..PS.. c'è una piscina che sicuramente visiterò, aprirà a giugno..A presto .. El hotel es muy tranquilo , personal excelente tanti en los restaurantes como en recepcion. Tiene un parking privado gratuito que da mucha tranquilidad. Las habitaciones muy grandes y correctas con el ba?o muy equipado. El desayuno muy bueno y el restaurante donde servían comida y cena excelentes. Cena a la carta con comida bien elaborada,estupendo .Los restaurantes atendidos por verdaderos profesionales. No tardaremos en volver.
We booked this as part of a Secret Escapes package. The reviews we read were mixed, and in particular the staff have come in for some criticism. Our experience was totally to the contrary. We found the staff professional and polite. Very good hosts. In particular, the night porter Luca managed to somehow feed us when we first arrived at 11.30pm, long after the restaurant closed. He's a special guy. The room was impeccably clean. Recommended!
