Puntos positivos: - La amplitud de la habitación. - Las facilidades para el check in y el check out, así como para dejar las maletas en consigna. - Las amenities del ba?o. - La cama era cómoda. - El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. - Nos gustó el barrio en que está ubicado (ambiente y opciones de restauración) y el portal de acceso. - Es fácil llegar al centro o a la estación central en metro/tranvía. Puntos negativos: - Cuando reservamos en booking, las fotos que aparecían primero eran de la suite con acabados claros en mármol y sin embargo nos pusieron en otra con vetustos acabados de madera oscura y una decoración menos actual y romántica, con lo que cuidado con las fotos, que pueden hacerte pensar que te alojarás en una habitación que finalmente no será la tuya. En cualquier caso, en las fotos la habitación parece mucho más nueva de lo que en realidad está. - Sin que hubiésemos abierto las ventanas en ningún momento, había varios mosquitos en la habitación y tuvimos que entretenernos en matarlos uno a uno ante la falta de insecticida. - En el ba?o no había para colgar las toallas y faltaba una de las maderas del marco de la puerta. - El pseudoarmario deja mucho que desear. - Las sábanas tenían algunas manchas amarillas. - La barra de la cortina de la habitación estaba ligeramente inclinada y se quedaba atascada. Nos llevó un ratillo lograr correr la cortina. - Se agradecería una neverita en la habitación. - Aunque las ventanas se notaba que insonorizaban bastante, si la noche está animada en Navigli, habrá inevitablemente ruido. - En sí no está mal, pero, dados estos puntos negativos, nos parece caro, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que no está céntrico.

Dieses ?Hotel“ war eher eine Art Apartment. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und fussl?ufig war alles was man begehrt (Bars, Restaurant, etc.) zu erreichen. Besonders reizvoll ist die Lage in der N?he des Kanals. Das Zimmer war sehr gro? und ger?umig. Minus Punkte gibt es dafür, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Es wird als solche auf der Homepage pr?sentiert, aber es ist einfach nur eine Umwirbelung der Lift. Also Vorsicht. Weiterhin hatten wir das Problem, dass wir kein hei?es Wasser hatten. Der Wasserdruck war auch sehr schlecht. Wir meldeten dies direkt und am n?chsten Morgen hatten wir dann endlich das warme Wasser. Alles in allem war es okay, aber für den Preis gehen wir lieber das n?chste Mal in ein anderes Hotel.

My colleague and I stayed here for 3 days in October 2022 and LOVED it. We were delighted to discover this charming property in Milan on a recent business trip. The location is fantastic for restaurant/bar lovers - countless places within minutes of the property (by the canal) with a 20 minute walk to the Duomo. This is not a standard hotel with reception/bar but honestly, it did not matter. Services remain 'on tap' and communications between guests and the managers were fluid and helpful. My large room had a huge, charming balcony which I loved. Sitting outside with a glass of prosecco and hearing the bells from the church chime as the sun set on Milan was just lovely! If you want a change from the standard chain hotels - stay here!!

Location was great with many bars and restaurants very close and the room was very safe and set back from the hustle and bustle. For being in a noisy district the room was not too loud on the evening The room itself was very clean and spacious with a great bathroom. Unfortunately the air con did not work, Fan provided did not work and was extremely loud, The bed was very hard with only one pillow per person, Cleaning fee for two nights was €35 (seems steep) Check in was not the most friendly 4 doors/ keys to get back into your room Over all I would have stayed somewhere else with all things considered.

Ho trovato questo hotel sui navigli a dir poco eccezionale...un punto di riferimento per tutte le volte che ritornerò a Milano...un vero e proprio gioiellino...complimenti...personale in gamba...camera pulita e grande...
