Guest：This B&B is worth the stay! Rooms are very clean and heated. The kitchen area has a balcony with a great view of the city. Best part was definitely the breakfast, the fresh croissants were so good and we looked forward to these each day. Adriano and the lovely lady we met, were very friendly and happy to give advice on any tourist spots and restaurants. 100% would return.

Guest：The property has a great location, right by the arena and all the main sites are at most 30 mins away. The place very clean and has a terrace and breakfast, with coffee and fruits available throughout the day.
Guest：Adriano was an amazing host, super kind and friendly. It was our first stay in Italy when we arrived and he immediately gave us a break down of all the attractions of the city with a map. Would definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient being halfway between the train station and all the major attractions in the city center (we walked everywhere). The breakfast was also delicious and started my addiction of pistachio croissants.
