Belvedere house on 2 floors in the historic town of Gaeta with a large panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta and its wonderful monuments. The flat has an entrance on the ground floor, on the first level we have a large air-conditioned living area with a double sofa bed and TV, dining area with table and chairs, small separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, large double bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. On the upper floor there is a living area with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. From this level you have access to the large terrace, partly covered, equipped with table, chairs, outdoor sink and barbecue where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. With wooden beamed ceilings and Vietri ceramic floors, the flat is particularly suitable for customers who appreciate the charm of historic houses, accompanied by an exceptional view of the monuments and the sea and a comfortable set of services. The house is equipped with television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven and air conditioning in the living area on the first level. Pets allowed on request with extra charge. Public parking on the road in the paid Ztl blue stripes area included in the rate.
