  • Guest：Great service and accomodations. Area of Naples is not the best after dark.
  • Guest：We Absolutely hated my stay here. It’s in a terrible area, it felt very unsafe and very dodgy. We got bed bugs from our stay. There was no service and no help whatsoever, it was self guided upon arrival and overall stay was inadequate. Would not recommend and would not come back again.
  • Guest：Not for sleepers We were not able to sleep since the sound isolation was NON-EXISTING. It felt like there was no window to block sound. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning works. No fridge in room. Shared one in the corridor. Nice balcony. Street is extremely noisy. Motorbikes, horns.
  • Guest：Positives: - Close proximity to the Naples central station; - Bedroom & Ensuite layout with the balcony is really good and its on level 3 above street level so its very safe. Negatives: - There is no concierge or front desk. So you have to sort of find the accomodation yourself from the street with the signs & names of the hotel. - Your room & ensuite are seperate from others which is great but you have a shared mini fridge and someone stole my drinks out of them. Not sure why each room couldn't get their one mini fridge. - The shared common area has a coffee machine and I'm not sure if someone burnt their coffee grinds or smoked in the room but the stench was unbearable & you quickly went into your private room when passing through. - I didn't realise this before arrival but the accomodation is on level 2 & the elevator is only free after 8pm Mon-Fri, & Sat/Sun, otherwise it costs 0.10 euro. Makes it a bit annoying to move luggage if you don't have the exact coinage.
