This was the best place to stay in Venice, me and my girlfriend stay there for 4 night. The room we got was outstanding, the location was perfect. Yes Venice was full of tourists, but the place we stayed was calm, and excess to all the good locations. Near our apartment there is coop, restaurants, etc. I would give 10/10. About checking, it was very convenient, specially for romantic couples. The owners are really humble and great. The room we got even Tom Cruise was staying. Room looks really perfect. I would highly recommend this place, if ever we visit to Venice, will choose this place. Best regards Tiu and Ari

It’s a nice place but a little bit away from the main sights. If you’re a good walker, I would highly recommend staying here. It has a kitchen without any dishwashing soap, a huge bathroom, patio, and comfortable bedroom. It’s a good 4 star stay.

Venezia is a magical, mysterious place, and finding a reasonably-priced room for two nights at the Residence Poli Venezia was definitely part of the magic of my visit there. I loved that it was an easy walk from the train station, had wonderful, friendly places to eat close by, and it was off the beaten track. But most of all, I LOVED how elegant the room was, the generous offerings in the kitchenette, and how gorgeous and comfortable the bed was! I was a bit nervous about finding my way there, but my hosts answered my call right away and were so helpful, patient and gracious. I look forward to returning again.

LOCATION INCANTEVOLE ambiente di gran gusto, con tutti i confort necessari. silenzioso, ampio e in una zona lontano dai rumori. Spazio esterno molto piacevole. La camera Amber molto spaziosa e arredata con colori rilassanti. Sarà il nostro riferimento per i prossimi we a Venezia.

Residence comodo e funzionale posizionato in una zona tranquilla e lontano dal caos turistico. A pochi passi si trovano market, panificio con possibilità di colazioni ottime e ristoranti. Particolare plauso allo staff per la cordialità e la professionalità.

Rooms were large and looked exactly like the photos. A few complaints would be that we specifically filtered for accommodations with air conditioning (we were there at the end of April 2022) which it states they have. However, they only "turn on" the override for the AC during certain times of the year. The rooms (we had three apartments for 3 couples) were very hot and we needed to keep the doors open at all times while we were in the rooms. The other main issue would be that there was no "room service" once we checked in. The bathroom had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for three days. The way the shower was configured, the bathroom floor would get soaked after showers along with the only towel mat. Two hand towels and two bath towels weren't enough, and we tried to ask for additional towels, but there wasn't anyone who could bring them to us - I believe the owner/property manager went away after she checked us in. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Sitio súper limpio y céntrico, el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas, tanto Davide como su hermana muy atentos en todo momento. Nos recomendaron varios sitios por la zona e hicieron que nuestra estancia en la ciudad fuera más inolvidable aún. Cuanto volvamos, allí nos alojaremos.

We stayed at Residence Poli Venezia for 3 nights. The room was nice and neat having everything we needed. Heating, cooling, nice bathroom, great shower pressure, kitchen essentials, etc. The host Chiara met us on time to provide us with entry to the apartment. Very quiet location with a lovely piazza just around the corner. Each afternoon, local families come to the square to meet, chat, and children play. We loved sitting on the park bench just watching the world go by. There is a Coop supermarket in the square if you need essentials as well as a couple of nice restaurants and a lovely gelato shop. 3-5 minute walk to San Stae AGTV (water bus) stop. Great accommodation, Great location, Would recommend.

Die Residence Poli Venezia besteht aus mehreren Studio-Appartements, die um einen kleinen Innenhof liegen. Wir wohnten als Paar 5 N?chte im Studio "Amber". Lage: Im Sestiere Santa Croce, ganz in der N?he des Campo S.Giacomo dall'Orio. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, einen Obst- und Gemüseh?ndler und einen B?ckerei, sowie mehrere Restaurants in fu?l?ufiger Umgebung. Zu den Vaporetto-Haltestellen S.Biasio und S.Stae sind es jeweils 5-10 Minuten. Ausstattung: das Studio ist ca. 25 qm gro?, also durchaus ger?umig, mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einer Küchenzeile. Das Bad ist sehr sch?n mit einer barrierefreien Dusche, WC und Bidet, es fehlt allerdings wie fast überall an Haken für Handtücher - ein Handtuchtrockner ist vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist optisch toll, funktional aber verbesserungsf?hig: auch hier fehlen Haken, der Geschirrspüler ist zu gro?, das Spülbecken zu tief, es fehlt Ablagefl?che. Schrankfl?che ist genügend vorhanden. Also, wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt, durchaus mitten iin venezianischer Nachbarschaft.

The location of this apartment is amazing. No matter how you’re travelling to Venice it’s convenient to get to and once you’re there you are basically 15 to 20 min walk from Everywhere in Venice. Your 7 min walk from Rialto ridge, another 5 gets you to St Mark Sq. The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and is metres away from a lovely square with Resturant’s and bars. Loads of other meandering streets reveal shops, bars, Resturant’s not to mention sights, museums etc.
