Tutto perfetto sotto ogni aspetto: struttura nuova, ambienti puliti, camere belle e spaziose. Posizione estremamente comoda a pochi passi dal centro della città bassa e poco più di un quarto d’ora a piedi da Bergamo Alta. Servizio eccezionale per attenzione e disponibilità degli addetti.

Idéalement situé, juste avant la rue qui monte vers la haute ville (via nullo) -ou on peut aussi se garer. Frederica, chaleureuse, a longuement expliqué le fonctionnement de son B&B et de son ascenseur.Les locaux sont très récents, agréables, propres, luxueux, avec du marbre dans les salles de bain. Terrasse privative.Cuisine commune, bien agréable, généreusement achalandée avec fruits, gateaux, boissons etc, une limonade au citron remarquable, et une orange idéale. Malheureusement, le lendemain matin des égo?stes avaient tout pressé en jus tout avait été consommé, et,apres ce saccage il n y avait plus d'oranges pour le petit déjeuner des autres clients. Adresse remarquable.

Great accomodation, everything nice and clear room and bathroom. The self service kitchen with fresh breakfast and three types of coffee. The location is perfect from bus stop and the centre. Abolsolutely recommend and if sometimes come back to Bergamo, I use this B&B again.

Che dire, accogliente, pulito, ben organizzato...... poi il fatto che appena atterrato a Bergamo prendo il taxi e lo stesso solo con l'indirizzo (non ho specificato il nome del posto) già sapeva che era il B&B Santa Lucia, questo mi ha fatto capire tutto!!! Cortesia e professionalità al 100% lo consiglio!!!

We arrived to the hotel for one night stay before our flight, we met Alice who was super friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. The hotel is in a great location, close to the old city and other main sites. The hotel has a very cosy shared kitchen with a nice balcony, where you can have your breakfast or just drink coffee and have a snack. In summary, co great hotel and we will definetly come back.

La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y limpia, el único problema es que si viajas con equipaje pesado no tiene ascensor, por lo demás todo muy bien.

The hosts were very nice! The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was excellent! (breakfast: muffins, toast, cakes, butter, cold cuts, cheese, coffee, tea, fruits, jam, muesli, honey, nutella, milk, yogurt)

Ottima posizione , a pochi metri dal centro e a 15 minuti a piedi da Bergamo alta. Pulizia, cortesia, cordialità, disponibilità sono tutte qualità che troverete, vi sentirete come a casa vostra. Colazione abbondante. Arredamento semplice ma completo di tutto, compresa ottima Wi-Fi e possibilità di utilizzare una stampante di rete.

Wonderful stay at this charming hotel. Friendly hosts and lovely clean, comfortable room, with a very comfy bed. Self sevice breakfast was nice. Well positioned for exploring and good restaurants & bars nearby. Rooms are up on 2nd floor so worth noting if an issue but otherwise would recommend. Thanks.
