Guest：This hotel is Gwbert's gem with spectacular views overlooking the bay and estuary, the hotel is of a high standard and not far to travel into Cardigan if you wanted to take a trip there. The hotel has lifts and stairs so suitable for those with mobility needs. We took advantage of the January Blues Break, amazing value for money. We had a warm welcome and all the staff were very helpful and professional. An extra special thank you to Elaina on reception who was very friendly and went over and above to make our stay special and enjoyable, she is an absolute credit to her profession and the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, thank you housekeeping, and the rooms are beautifully presented and comfortable. We ate at the Flat Rock Bar & Restaurant, our compliments to the chef(s) as the food was hot, beautifully cooked, plentiful and tasted scrumptious. This is our third stay at the Hotel and we are already looking forward to our fourth. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Guest：Had a couple of nights at the Gwbert Hotel - as we had once lived close by many years ago we knew this Hotel well - nothing had changed with regard to the welcome and service throughout our stay, the food (Evening Meal and Breakfast) was first class and of course the views - can not be beaten on a clear day.

Guest：We had a 2 night stay in the Gwbert hotel which was just what we needed. It was a very relaxed vibe. The staff were amazing, very hard working and efficient. We had a lovely large room, overlooking the sea, which was clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was very good and well priced, plus the martinis of various types went down well! Already looking to book again, have thoroughly enjoyed.

Guest：We hired two Bungalows owned and managed by Gwbert Hotel for our large to celebrate our 40 year wedding anniversary and my 65th year. The bungalows were both very nice and clean and all the comforts of home on site. Two very minor issues, in the smaller bungalow one of our party was unable to sleep due to a consistent knocking noise from above the bedroom….she reported this and was told that someone would visit, disappointingly no one did so she had to sleep in another room with her young daughter. We were notified before arriving that there was work going on in a neighbouring property, however we didn’t expect this to be directly opposite our larger bungalow and with workmen arriving on site at 8am and using hammer drills, mixers and other machinery from very early doors wasn’t really what one would want on holiday….but we lived with it. Lastly Gwbert make a big thing asking guests not to use the hot tub after 10pm and to respect other adjacent holidaymakers…..but between our two bungalows we had a house with a party in who thought it was fine to shout, giggle and make general noise well after 10.30pm…..not really ideal when we had three under 3 year old children in our properties I have emailed Gwbert with my constructive comments, I would add not a complaint, but have heard nothing back which is a little disappointing but I guess they are busy. On the whole though, very impressed and lovely area, food and drink in the hotel itself was excellent. Views are stunning! Highly recommend if they can address these small shortcomings
