英国旅行中最无语的一个酒店，它就不是酒店，是一个类似民宿。整个入住流程没人对接，自己要在网上做大量的注册工作，包括扫描所有的护照，对应的信用卡，信用卡还又触发了短讯验证。。。我们卡都换英国的卡了，短讯验证码都收不到。另外就是整个楼里看不到这个酒店的任何标识，写的都是这个公寓楼的名字，没人会告诉你这就是我们定的地方。网上照片和一楼的布置也不一样。等完成所有注册，拿到注册码，还有在一个很不起眼的地方找取钥匙的箱子。整体上都是很不方便，明确。我们浪费了一个小时才找到办法拿到钥匙。携程客服确实会给一些支持，但联系不上本地的酒店负责人，一切都是很无力。房间确实很大很新，还有暖气，但是整体入住还有退房的流程和别家一比太浪费客人的时间和精力了。尤其是晚上住不进去，周围还感觉不是很安全的街区。

There was a few marks on the wall and the carpet could do with a goid clean. The sofa just needs to be put in the skip it was awful.

Incredible Views & Building Incredible views, a great location, and a large space. Added bonus of a good gym, plentiful working areas, and easy check-in/check-out procedures. Really enjoyed the one night stay.

入住时锁匙密码不对称邮箱是4位数、实际是6位数管理混乱入住操作近几个小时才能完成入住．20248月在伦敦也是类似事件一次4个小时多快5个小时才能完成又不能取消＇太垃圾了
