What a gorgeous house in a beautiful area, well run by a lovely couple. We had a wonderful stay; this little gem is tucked away on a quiet hillside spot, with breathtaking views of the coast and on the doorstep of lovely walks, and just a few minutes walk to the towns of Lynton & Lynmouth. Our room was lovely; warm, clean and spacious, a pretty and comfortable bed, soft bedding and nice pillows with a great sea view. The communal lounge had a cosy atmosphere, decorated for Christmas and stocked with books, games and a puzzle on the go. The weather wasn’t great so we did spend quite a bit of time indoors so it was nice to have such a pleasant communal area to relax. The boot room was handy, with space to leave muddy boots to dry and umbrella’s to borrow. The breakfast room was light and airy with lovely comfortable furniture. Both rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was outstanding, good quality produce with lots on offer. We had our evening meals at the nearby North Cliff Hotel, food was reasonably priced and very good, as was the service. As the weather was poor it was nice to have this option just a two minute walk away. Our hosts, Sam and Annie, were delightful and accommodating; nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and we will be back, hopefully we’ll enjoy better weather!

What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our 2 night stay at The North Walk, which was a perfect location for some coast path walking. Annie and Sam made us feel very welcome and struck a perfect balance between friendly & interested but not overbearing. The hotel was warm and cosy, the bed incredibly comfortable and the breakfast superb. There were also a lot of little extras that added to the stay, from the use of the guests' lounge full of book and puzzles, to the honesty box of drinks and snacks and an option to order packed lunch (although the breakfast was so filling, we didn't need any lunch!). After some very challenging walking, we were able to relax with a (very reasonably priced) glass of wine and admire the stunning views. Although Devonians ourselves, we'd never visited Lynton and Lynmouth before so when the weather wasn't conducive for coast path walking, we spent a very happy day pottering around and exploring both towns. Thanks so much Annie and Sam, we can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great stay. Sam and Annie were wonderful hosts. Room was great with wonderful view. Breakfast was great and Location was wonderful. Beautiful walk around the valley of the rocks

We were blown away by the warmth of hospitality shown by the owners during our stay. We arrived drenched from walking the SW Coastal path and they offered to ensure our boots, rucksacks and clothes were dry for the following day. And they even offered to do a quick clothes wash for us! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and have worked hard to create a special B&B experience. The rooms are comfy, the lounge and dining area have great views and the breakfast was beautiful prepared and served. I run out of superlatives to express how out of the ordinary our experience was. Thank you!

The owners of this beautiful BnB were so lovely and helpful. The view of the sea is stunning and it is very walkable into the town for dinner/shopping. I definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel, room was very nice with a sea view. Bed was very comfortable and en-suite bathroom was a very high standard.
Breakfast was very good.

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing break in North Devon, this is the place! Set amongst the luxuriant wooded hills that rise up from the sea at Lynton, North Walk House has breathtaking views across the Bristol Channel. Breakfast was plentiful and hosts were helpful and cheerful. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent, clean bathroom. Check-in and Check-out were easy and issue free. Perfectly located for the Valley of the Rocks walk and trips to Lynmouth via the cliff railway. We would definitely consider returning to North Walk House.

What a lovely place to stay. Annie, Sam and Steve our hosts were all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The location and especially the stunningly beautiful views (see attached photos) from the bedrooms and pretty much all rooms are quite breathtaking. Ideally positioned, as right on the South West coastal path for the Valley of the Rock walk. The breakfasts were very nice indeed and Annie’s discreet, but attentive approach was much appreciated.

Buen desayuno y bien organizado.
Habitación no muy amplia pero correcta, con buena cama y buena ropa, ba?o amplio y todo limpio.
