Guest：Good stay Nice little house for a short stay. Parking was almost impossible though.

Guest：Cottage in Dawlish After arrival at the house we found the location of the key safe after negotiating various bins strewn in the alleyway. However after several times of trying the PIN it became obvious that the number provided was incorrect. I messaged the host directly and left a VM but was unable to make contact. I then rang Travelnest who is the managing agent who were also unable to make contact. We decided to go into town for a coffee in the hope we would get a call back, luckily after about 30 minutes the host made contact and provided the correct key safe number. The managing agent had given us the wrong number . Although all was fine in the end we were very concerned and for a while thought we might have to find somewhere else to stay the night. Eventually Travelnest phoned back to see if we had gained entry but it took them a while to follow this up. After accessing the property we found the cleanliness of the house to be very poor. The first thing I had to do was completely clean the fridge and kitchen surfaces. The carpets also had not been hoovered properly. It was a real shame as the house was in a perfect location with only a short walk to all of Dawlish’ amenities. Another point- strangely we could not access any ITV channels on the TV. Very wierd as all BBC were available . Overall we had a lovely few days but the management company let both us and the host down badly with the quality of their service.

Guest：Nice house, all that's required for a few days stay. 5 minute walk from centre. Nearby grocery shops and a couple of local pubs. Good comms from owner. Probably needs a winter lick of paint but all good. Thanks
