Great Service 2nd time stay at Aku. Rooms new spotless and reception check room before(turn on AC lights they give you a key. Front staff helpfull. This is the best value quality Hotel close to Ayala Mall.
The staff is friendly, and the room is clean. But don't expect top-notch service, as this is the Philippines. It's a good place to stay for a couple of nights.
Great location right in the city center, with plenty of buses, shops, and malls nearby. We were in Cebu mainly to extend our visa, and this hotel was perfect for that purpose.
