It was a good stay. Washroom smelt a bit when staying there and when I used the shower it wasn’t draining properly( basically overflowing ). Ended up fixing it ourselves, because there wasn’t anyone to talk to about it, while we stayed there. But besides that it was a good stay. We had fun.

This was my first time staying at a self check-in hotel. The check-in process was very convenient, and there was also a guard available to help us, which made everything easier. I really enjoyed my stay at Ukiyo Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and everything looked new. They also provided a hair dryer and a smart TV, which was very convenient. The location is great — it’s near SS2, where there are many restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to find food. The price is also very reasonable for what you get.
The only thing that wasn’t very ideal is that the toilet bowl was a bit narrow. Other than that, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay.

Terrible experience. Hotel doesn't respond to messages on the app, emailed them with no reply. Was arriving late and asked for a self check-in. Nothing. Had to chase trip.com to contact them.
Arrived late in the evening, self check-in kiosk wasn't working. Again, there was no one available to help. Had to get in touch with trip.com to contact them again. The contact person ended up asking the security guard to troubleshoot the self check-in kiosk. Infuriating. Obviously he has no clue how to resolve it as well.
Room had a weird smell. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Morning 10.50am, housekeeping staff tried to barge into my room, no knocking, no mentioning of it at all. Just scan her card and tried to enter. Zero customer service at all. When the recipt says checkout time is 12pm, you habe staff trying to barge into your room at 10.50am.
Do yourself a favour, book elsewhere. Never again.
