We booked two rooms - one sea facing (302) n one non sea-view (102). The hotel is below average. We had to change tge non-sea-facing room as construction work was happening next to our window..also the bathroom was not convenient..people could peep in. The bathrooms in both the rooms were stinking...n it was noisy because of the construction work. The flush in 102 was not working properly ... the bedsheets of both the rooms were stained. We got only a tiny medimix soap n a smal clinic plus shampoo --- only on the day we arrived... tge biggest let down was we were over charged by 600 rs each day. Go to hotel sweet villa which is next door to this hoyel. Its fabilous

Room was not cleaned and wet floor, so not upto the mark. Please do proper cleaning and bathroom not upto mark. Wet floor and cleaning not upto mark

The hotel is good. But you compare it with the price. The hotel is not so good.

The final day of our stay we couldn't sleep because of a lot of noise from the floor above. We went down and made the complaint to the watchman at 3. 00 am and there was no one apart from him at the reception desk on 30th december. While we appreciate a gentle reminder call for breakfast or check out, but the reminder calls at the place was too frequent than usual. Location is ok but poorly managed. The staff is unprofessional. Service is horrible. Cleanliness is hopeless. The fair value should be 1500 - 2000 maximum. The property is poorly managed. The staff is not trained and unprofessional. Linen bedsheet pillow cover dirty. Housekeeping and cleaning and room service poor.

First a room was given that was not up to the mark later on it was changed, room service was good but the bedsheets provided were torn most of the times

Staffs are mostly good and helpful except 2-3 person, but rather than that the owner of the place doesn't even bother about your comfort or problems, as if he is the boss of that place and he don't care of others, we stayed there for 3 days and entire 3 days lift is not working and more over he has upgraded our room to third floor, and make my 80 years old father walk through stairs, food is also below average
