This is the tale of 2 rooms. My room was very nice on the ground floor with a big comfortable King bed and a nice big shower. All was well in the kingdom. Then I booked a bigger room for my son and family on the 3rd floor. While the room was big, there was some kind of generator right next to it, a drippy shower, and a running toilet. My son went down to tell the management that they could not sleep with the noises. It was horrible. The person on staff said it would be fixed the next day. My son said no, that the generator at least had to be shut off. So the staff came up and shut it off. The dripping and flushing had to wait until the next day. This was a very expensive room for Mexico. $200 American dollars per night. I'd call that luxury prices. They should have made sure the room was up to par. The family was up all night so they asked for some compensation for that night (things were fixed for the next night). We felt $100 was fair but were offered $20. We nicely explained why that was not enough but were told that was the best offer. Unfortunately, my son paid with a debit card before they took the room and had no recourse. This review is the recourse. While the hotel is nice, I would consider how the management treated us as a big red flag.

Casa Aliz was exactly what we needed for our one night stay before we checked into a larger Airbnb. Our room (the king bed with a pull out couch) was generously sized and worked well for the 3 of us (2 adults, and a 4 year old). Note - it is on the ground floor facing the street, but it honestly wasn’t that noisy. Everything seemed very clean, the staff was helpful and you couldn’t ask for a better location - in a quieter part of Centro just off the beautiful Parque Juarez. For the reviews with complaints, I’m not sure what one expects for under $100 per night but we thought it was a great value.

This little hotel is a gem, its location is perfect. Sollano is one of the main streets to take you to the Jardin, or to the park Juarez. Yet, it is quiet at night. The staff makes this hotel very special. Rafael, at the front desk, along with Alex, are friendly and caring. Hugo made sure I got an electric kettle so I could enjoy my tea in the morning. My room was on the 3rd floor, and I felt like I was in a tree house, surrounded with blooming trees and chirping birds. The maid was very thorough, and my room was always very clean. The only negative is the breakfast. Not much choice. But, my room had a little fridge and tea kettle, and the little bakery Panio is only a couple of blocks away. I was very sad to leave after spending 2 very pleasant weeks there.

Me parece que el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y su personal es muy amable. Sin embargo creo que el hotel está muuuuy sobrepreciado para lo que es Te cobran cerca de 220 usd por noche y no lo vale En la reserva decía que incluye desayuno y el desayuno incluido es una porquería Ya si quieres algo más tienes que pagar 160 pesos por unos huevos lo cual me parece un abuso También dice que incluye el estacionamiento y te lo cobran a parte Bastante decepcionado

El hotel es peque?o pero cómodo. La habitación con cama King muy cómoda. Tiene estacionamiento incluido pero a tres cuadras del lugar. La ubicación es muy buena, en el centro de San Miguel. Ofrece desayuno americano pero dado que debes subir por escalera dos pisos preferimos desayunar en la habitación ya que no tiene lugar de desayuno más queen la terraza. Para descansar esta bueno. Tampoco tiene piscina. Pero es un lugar limpio, con trato cordial, y qcorde al estilo de la ciudad.

El hotel está muy limpio y tranquilo, los cuartos son espaciosos, la terraza de arriba tiene vista bonita y está agusto para desayunar y el personal fue muy amable. Además, está cerca de un parque padrísimo! Precio/calidad hacen sentido.
