The Coach House at Moyglare Manor was a lovely setting for our first wedding anniversary as we wanted somewhere close to where we first met as students all those years ago in Maynooth! Very convenient location from Maynooth town, easily accessible by taxi, especially to and from restaurants, pubs, etc. Both Malcolm and Angela were great hosts, we would highly recommend!

The estate is conveniently located, about a 10 minute drive from the nearby town of Maynes and about a half-hour drive from Dublin. The key is that the estate is very ancient and elegant, embraced by towering forests and vast green grasslands, very peaceful. The estate was founded in the 17th century and has a strong sense of history. We stayed there for several days, and the room facilities were relatively comprehensive and the hygiene was very good. Especially the female owner Angela and male owner Malcolm are very enthusiastic. They introduced us to interesting attractions nearby, and their two dogs are too friendly! As soon as he saw me, he wagged his tail and ran over to show off. What left a deep impression on us was that Angela and Malcolm took the initiative to invite us to visit the various exhibition rooms inside the historic old estate, and Angela personally guided and explained them. Thank you very much to them! recommend!

There is a full kitchen available to all tenants. It is stocked with fresh eggs, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, cereal, granola, bread for toast and much more to make mornings so pleasant! Rooms were beautiful and remodeled but still antique enough to have the old Irish feeling. Malcolm and Angela were such a joy to have as hosts. we could not have asked for a better stay, hosts, and beautiful property to walk in (gardens/open fields)
