Hotel is on the hill top, centre of the old town, next to Sintra Palace, has parking garage, convenient place. Road are tight. There are restaurants and pastry shop around, no supermarkets. Place of interests in old town are spread so far apart by hilly roads. Pena palace on top of the hill.. Walking is possible but not advisable. Hotel staff is reasonable. We stayed 2 nights and things are about standard for NH hotel... But they do charge you coffee capsules if u stay longer.. Ask.

O hotel está bastante bem localizado, mesmo no centro de Sintra. O quarto estava bastante limpo e agradável, o atendimento foi rápido e fácil de fazer o check-in, e em geral foi uma estadia muito agradável.

就在新特拉皇宫对面，房间卫生很好，因庆祝还送了惊喜，谢谢。唯洗手盆较容易浅水，洗手时要注意点。停车场每天15欧，我泊了前方的咪表位。可是去其他景点还是公交好，因其他景点难泊车。

Good Hotel. Clean and nice. We stayed here for two nights and got the room with a balcony and able to see the palace at night. Friendly reception. Totally recommended to stay over Sintra for those who don’t want a hectic early day trip from Lisbon.
