Ma che bel luogo! Hotel in un antico casale ristrutturato alla perfezione. Bella l’idea delle bolle ma io questa volta da solo e per un viaggio di lavoro ho preferito dormire nel blocco centrale, stanze molto calde e di classe. Non vorrò farmi mancare invece l’esperienza delle bolle prossima estate con la famiglia. Migliorabile l’offerta della colazione in particolare del salato. Una nota allo chef che anche se arrivato tardi mi ha preparato per cena due piatti squisiti.
Un' esperienza bellissima ed unica per chi ama la natura e sogna di addormentarsi sotto le stelle!!! Anche se il tempo non era il massimo, in tarda serata sono sparite le nuvole e la luna piena ha troneggiato tutta la notte! Mi sono svegliata praticamente ogni ora per ammirare il suo tragitto... E il risveglio ovviamente solare! Ottima credo la "quasi" primavera come stagione!!! Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente. Peccato che il telescopio era in assistenza...
Tenuta ben curata immersa tra i campi di grano. Completamente nel verde. Adatta a una fuga dal caos quotidiano. La struttura è storica ma ristrutturata. La camera calda, con ottimi spazi e con una vista sulla distesa, bagno confortevole pulita ma senza insonorizzazione, per cui bisogna essere fortunati a trovare dei vicini educati che rispettino il riposo notturno delle altre persone. Ottima la colazione a buffet con prodotti sempre freschi di giornata e buono anche il servizio ristorante che abbiamo apprezzato durante il nostro soggiorno con menu alla carta. Infine il personale sempre disponibile su tutto. Anche la nostra cagnolina ha gradito la vacanza. A venti minuti di macchina si raggiunge la bellissima Matera. Ritorneremo senz'altro non appena possibile.
Abbiamo soggiornato nella Bubble Room ed è stata una bellissima esperienza! Innanzitutto la professionalità da parte dell'intero staff, che con la loro gentilezza hanno dimostrato un servizio impeccabile. La Bubble è attrezzata di tutto ti garantisce completa privacy, silenzio, relax per un soggiorno a dir poco indimenticabile. Bella anche la Jacuzzi presente al fianco della Bubble, che completa da fuori una vista ed uno scenario mozzafiato. La colazione servita in camera e portata nel cestino (come un pic-nic) è una trovata originale e piacevole, così come la possibilità di poter scegliere anche la cena/pranzo allo stesso modo. Stanza fornita di tutto il necessario e pulita. Non potevamo scegliere un posto migliore per trascorrere il nostro anniversario.
This place is heaven! The silence in the morning is breathtaking! The views are stunning! it’s perfection. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the room with spacious, the place is spotless, the food was unbelievable, and the staff are warm and wonderful! We will definitely be back!
Werden netjes ontvangen en diner was goed met normaal geprijsde dranken. Ook drankjes in de minibar waren normaal van prijs. Werden vooraf per mail gewaarschuwd over feest, maar hier total geen last van gehad. Kamer ruim en schoon met alles wat je nodig hebt.
The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting.
The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent.
The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on a local farm, no people skills whatsoever. Starters & main course was very good. I sent the salad back. You have a choice of green salad or mixed salad m, which was green leaves a carrots??
After that everyone disappeared leaving us and another table wondering if they were coming back to offer dessert & coffee. No one came back, no staff anywhere, so we all got up and eventually left.
To top it off some of the complimentary lotions etc were half full and perused.
Beautiful place, but either the staff need training or recruit some people that understand customer service. Unfortunately it ruined our stay. Couldn’t wait to move on.
Beautiful and quiet
Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. My guess is they were filling in for the regular person. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
