  • Guest：We had a great stay overall. The staff were outstanding — friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the beach was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. One important note: the bungalows vary a lot in quality depending on the location/number. The 1XX bungalows (101, 102, etc.) are modern, clean, and very nicely designed. However, the 4XX bungalows (409, 410, etc.) are noticeably lower quality — older, less comfortable, and not at the same standard as the rest of the resort. Despite that, we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend the hotel, especially if you can book a bungalow in the 1XX range.

  • Guest：房间内部稍微有点旧，马桶是比较老式的，房间门也是钥匙，走哪必须要带上，但是空调应该是新的，视野不错，有海景，酒店环境特别好，几个游泳池都很nice，非常喜欢，很有度假的氛围感，服务也好，就是餐厅有点贵
  • Guest：Our experience was exceptional; however, we were not informed about the boat schedule in advance and were advised to inquire upon arrival. When booking, we realized that the only mode of transportation to the destination was by boat, which unfortunately led to a missed day of our stay due to check-in delays. Despite this, the service exceeded our expectations. In particular, a staff member named Rika provided outstanding service, attentively catering to our dietary needs. She was truly an asset to the team and enhanced our overall experience.
