Best hotel in Jeju. Free parking for the days you stay at hotel. Food are excellent. The room are large and comfy!

酒店配套超级好 娱乐场 汗蒸（五星干净）食材最好的餐厅（火锅！！韩牛济州黑猪烤肉 食材品质??）还有天际早餐?????? 超级好配套。酒店四楼还有24小时的711 买零食啥的超级方便 。下次再住这里??

Love the experience especially the spacious room, it's really comfortable. Downside is when there's rowdy customers at the lobby.. however, it's not the hotel's fault so I'm still giving it a 5 star!!

It was a beautiful experience! The staff is very professional, the restaurants are superb and the room service is impeccable. The hotel offers one of the best view over the city.
My girlfriend appreciated the stay in Jeju and the hospitality of the hotel.

The room was awesome with an amazing view, and the service was great. The location is so good, and there is a huge supermarket next to the hotel.

Located in central location in Jeju city. Room was huge and very clean. The view from the City View room was very beautiful too.

Everything is good in Grand Hyatt. All you want is just within walking distance. I discount 1 point because shower wash is missing in bath room but 2 bottle of body lotion; and dirty towels did not take away after cleaning.

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！
