Peace and quiet
Have stayed previously. Villas are very well maintained, clean and have plenty of kitchen equipment. Very tranquil setting . Lovely sunset views
Fantastic place to stay. Went July 25. The accommodation is immaculate, could not fault at all. Everything provided that you would need. Lovely welcoming pack also provided. The pool is spotless along with the garden area. Cleaned regularly. Nice and quiet area and the weather was as expected beautiful. We went with jet2 and this villa is a credit to them and especially to the owners who obviously take alot of pride in their site. Thank you for a lovely weeks break.
We loved our stay in Villa Maria, one of 6 villas set on the top of a hill with views over to the sea and Latchi fishing village and harbour.
2 of the villas are 2 storey and the others single story. H/keeping is twice a week and the villa was spotless.
Owner Chris lives on site and is friendly and quick to solve any problems. Loads of equipment in kitchen, a welcome pack of milk and other items supplied. there are lots of restaurants in Polis and Latchi, a good size supermarket in Polis and a Bakery nearby.
Another Great Stay
These villas are in a great location with views to Arkamas and the sea. The properties are maintained to a high standard and Chris is quick to respond to any issues that may occur. The regular cleaning and linen changes twice a week are a great bonus. The villas are well equiped and unlike many holiday properties there are much more than the minimum number of cups, glasses etc provided.
Quiet location with spectacular views. Very spacious and clean. Lots of books on shelves so don’t need to bring extra. Kitchen has most things you would require but you will need to buy washing up liquid, a cloth and bin liners. Chris kindly left a starter pack which was very welcome as we had a very late check in. Beds were comfortable with separate showers/toilets for both rooms. The pool is well kept and cleaned regularly. 10 minute walk to Latchi beach front and 30 minute walk to Polis. Chris the owner is always on hand to fix any issues should you need him. Would highly recommend Chix Chox in Polis for a meal. Andreas the owner is so welcoming as are his staff and can recommend the moussaka and the mussels. All in all we had a very relaxing holiday and look forward to returning someday.
We booked with Jet2, flying from Bristol in the last week of March 2025. The villas are generously sized. There are great views over towards the hills of the Akamas Peninsula. You can walk to the beach by following a track to the road below the houses, cross over and a proper path to the sea. At the beach there is a walkway, you can turn left to Latchi (around 20 mins) or right to Polis ( 40 mins to town centre). I am happy to recommend staying there if you would like to stay somewhere a bit quieter, but within reach of restaurants. We walked to Polis and visited the small museum, followed by lunch in the Polis Herb Garden next door. A short drive away are the Baths of Aphrodite and a couple of waymarked trails ( Aphrodite and Adonis), should take 3.5/4hours with rest breaks. They both have a healthy climb, and probably best to get some walk directions or gpx rather than rely on maymarkers. We arrived after dark and our instructions had told us the key would be in the door, so it took us a while to find our villa. At the time of writing an extra villa is being built (see photo).
Sleep deprived holiday
We had a building site next door would not of booked if I new.i was woken 7.30am local time 5.30 my home time lost so much sleep Friday I slept 10 hours. Views are great pool is cold.
This is our first time at staying in a Villa. What a pleasant surprise the rooms are immaculate as are the grounds and the swimming pool which is checked regularly. Ideal for all local amenities. If your looking for a hassle free holiday where you can chill out and relax look no further. Great holiday Chris i have booked for 2026 as no availability for Aug 2025 ( for 2 weeks)
The pictures do not do the Villas justice, they are fantastic, clean with all the mod cons you can ask for. The pool was amazing at a great temperature, we couldn’t get our son out of it. There is a BBQ for feeding the family as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. The local restaurants are about a 10minute walk down to the sea front. If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday can’t get anything better.
Lovely 2 bed villa with great views and excellent staff. A lot more spacious than we had anticipated. Nice private pool that was cleaned and maintained daily. Good facilities, a bigger tv would been nice but we were very pleased overall. Love Cyprus.
