Friendly and helpful staff. Always putting up a smile and greet us making us feel so welcomed. The location was so convenient from BTS the red line. The gym is fully equipped and specious. We have a great stay here every time we came to Bangkok. The experience is always consistently excellent.
We loved this place, though it's a bit little far from the shopping area. Grab app, really helped, we can go places with a minimal cost (cheap) and can reach our destinations really fast than riding the train. The hotel is huge and their breakfast is nice.
