A really nice, friendly central little place with a spacious room and bathroom and a very warm welcome. The hosts were just lovely, the bed comfortable and the location first class. Breakfast was decent. I've stayed in three other hotels in Folkestone and this was much, much nicer than the two bigger places we stayed at and on a par with Rocksalt - which is also nice. I go to Folkestone to see friends a couple of times a year and will certainly go to 10to12 again.
Mark and Leigh were charming and incredibly helpful hosts. The morning we left they phoned to let me know I had left my handbag hanging on my chair in the breakfast room and when we hurried back to retrieve it (we were leaving on a ferry from Dover) Mark met us in the street helping us save a few vital moments. We really appreciated that but the whole stay was excellent and they were so accommodating. We are in the travel business and we know quality when we see it and they have it in abundance. Thanks again.. .
Wieder einmal ein hervorragendes Erlebnis im 10to12. Leigh und Mark haben uns wieder herzlich willkommen geheissen und uns eine fantastische Unterkunft mit sehr leckerem Frühstück geboten. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und immer sehr sauber. Der pers?nliche Service ist unübertroffen. Es geht nicht besser. Wir kommen wieder
