Only Guests over the age of 16 are allowed to visit on their own. Guests under the age of 16 are allowed to visit the thermal area, but only if accompanied by a parent or other legal representative. The visiting time for guests under the age of 16 is limited: from 08:00 to 20:00.

The registration fee for foreign citizens is 300 rubles per guest and is paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.

The cost of visiting the pool in the Valo Ramada building is 1400 rubles/person. Admission is only possible for guests over the age of 14!
