My stay at Kosmos Hotel in Chania, Crete, was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with traditional Cretan elements. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean. The standout feature of Kosmos Hotel is the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants with local music, food and drink. This made it easy to explore the local sights, shops, and restaurants. I can't recommend Kosmos Hotel enough for anyone planning a trip to Chania. It offers a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, making for an unforgettable stay.
The best thing about this location is not that it is close to 3 beaches, from the bus station to Chania, nor that it is clean in the rooms, but the two wonderful hosts - Maria and Elena. I have never met some more welcoming people and more eager to solve any small or big problem that a tourist may encounter. More than decent prices. Services far above costs.
We chose this place because of the location and reasonable pricing. The location really is wonderful, 4 beaches within short walking distance, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Also the bus stop for Chania buses is near. They don't have a pool but the beaches make up for this. The accommodation overall was very nice, air conditioning was working and basically the place was clean. The little downside was the shower space being very small, and there was no oven or microwave, so if you want to cook your meals you should consider this. The hosts, Maria and Elena were extremely friendly and considerate.
