The experience I had at Zinovia was top-tier! We stayed here for about 2 weeks in June and it was one of our favorite places we visited in Greece after traveling around the country for about a month. It's a very short walk to the beach and the price was unbeatable for the surrounding area and quality provided. (Book directly to get the best deal!) As someone who works in hospitality and hotels, I try not to be a high-maintenance guest but unfortunately, I made a great mistake on our first day there... I left something very important on the overnight ferry we took to Chania. After telling them the situation I felt like I was treated as if it was their own personal family problem, we jumped in the car and got back to the port and I was able to get what I needed back. I even tried tipping at least €50 for the inconvenience but they declined! Overall I believe this is one of the best hotels/apartments to stay at in the Chania region! Appartamento accogliente e ben posizionato, la famiglia che lo gestisce è gentilissima e disponibile. Intorno è ben servito con baretti e market, oltre che vicinissimo a spiagge molto belle. Consigliatissimo per tutto
Great family hosts- a lovely clean apartment and a great garden view, just one street away from the beach. (Sunset beach, which is a lovely sandy beach with great swimming). We particularly loved the large balcony with a view of trees, plants and flowers from the studio. For us, it really felt like a home from home at Zinovia. I would say I felt more immediately comfortable at Zinovia than anywhere I have travelled to before due to the kindness of the owners/hosts.
One of the best places I have stay in my life. The owners are very kind and friendly. They offer an airport pick-up when staying 2 weeks or more and I also was lucky enough to taste some greek local dishes thanks to their amazing hospitality. The flat itself was great. Comfy quiet bedroom, kitchen for all needs, terrace with chairs etc. The area has amazing several beaches within few minutes of walking, restaurants and supermarkets. Can recommend this place to anyone and I hope to come back again soon??
