Guest：My parents took my 2 children here , it was. Last minute change after they ready bad reviews about Garcia hotel so they cancelled and changed it to this hotel instead as the reviews were wonderful. A few days before they went , there were scores of bad reviews and it honestly caused a lot of stress and anxiety before they travelled. Unable to change again at that point they chose to go with an open mind and honestly they had the best time. The hotel food was probably the one thing they did comment about, they ran out of things quickly and yes it was catered to Turkish but hey you're in Turkey so please don't expect English cuisine. The rooms were small with lack of storage they lived out of their suitcases and had one small cupboard but the beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The pools were clean and the one thing they were so happy about was the entertainment, they said the staff were honestly a dream, my son and daughter absolutely adored the animation team. All in all they had a lovely holiday, my son said it was opened this year by the new owners and they probably will need another winter to do some more cosmetic improvements (with regards to the rooms) and maybe improve the amount of food, bread, things like milk and butter etc but These just seem like teething issues and it is their first summer so give them a break. I truly wish them all the best for years to come. Thanks for giving my parents and children lovely holiday memories (Elif and Tarkans mum) ??

Guest：This was not a pleasant experience overall. Our biggest issue was the food nothing was labelled so please be careful if you do have allergies or intolerances, The food that was there was awful to the point we could only trust eating toast and watermelon for breakfast and had to go out for dinner. You got the choice of eating yesterdays leftovers for breakfast which included fried chicken and cauliflower. The staff were all really nice which is why they have not got the terrible rating. The health and safety was not good we saw several people slip around the pool including myself. One cut open her head. there was a huge branch on the steps that you needed to go down to reach the pool area which meant you could not hold onto the handrail to help go down the steps. The entertainment crew did the best they could considering the resources they had but it wasn't great there was a couple of nights with karaoke, one night with watching Turkish football. There were a couple of nights with dancers which to be fair was not too bad. Please be careful when turning the shower on, the first time I turned it on it was so powerful it soaked the bathroom which admittedly afterwards was funny but not what you really want to happen. Cleanliness was not great as there was only a couple of cleaners and they were concentrating on rooms (which we still had to ask to be cleaned) and not cleaning the rest of the areas such as sunbeds and tables. I have attached photos of the toilets by one of the pools which we used to joke was the dungeons.

Guest：This hotel has had so many bad reviews felt the need to let everyone know it’s a lovely hotel run by a Turkish family it is clean and tidy the pool was fantastic with a all inclusive bar all the drinks were cold and refreshing the only down side was because it’s Turkish run the food was all Turkish not the Turkish we get in the uk (made for the western pallet) but traditional Turkish which is not to all taste but saying that there is always something to eat we only ate out once all in all a fantastic time has would defo go back again

Guest：I stayed at this hotel on September 20, 2025 for 3 nights. Initially, I was given room no. 515 where the air conditioning was not working. They moved us to room no. 522 where everything was perfect. The breakfast was good, lots of tasty food. We enjoyed the evening meal, lots of tasty food. There was only one thing I didn't like: they should serve beer in glass glasses at the evening meal. The hotel staff was very kind, we interacted easily with them and they were very kind. For next year, I have already made a reservation for the same period but for 7 nights, not just 3. Maybe we will be lucky and we will also get room no. 522. Thank you, Dream of Oludeniz!
