The service was fantastic, especially Dimitris S. from reception was very kind, helpful and always happy to help. I arrived early and he with Violeta (HSK) made everything for an early check in. They helped me also with information for the city and they were more than happy to help me find shops and streets I wanted to visit. The overall experience was perfect and it is worth visiting this small and warm hotel at the center of Thessaloniki.
Βρισκεται πραγματικα στην καρδια του κεντρου μονο και μονο αυτο ειναι μεγαλο πλεονεκτημα. Το προσωπικο ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικο! Τα δωματια παρα πολυ ομορφα και ειναι ακριβω? οπω? τα βλεπει? στι? φωτογραφιε?. Τα αρνητικα ειναι τα ακολουθα: δεν εχει καλη ηχομονωση. Ακομα αν μενει? σε δωματιο του 1ου οροφου, ο θορυβο? απο την κεντρικη πορτα ειναι πολυ εντονο?. Επιση?, στο δικο μα? δωματιο υπηρχε καποιε? φορε? μια εντονη-περιεργη μυρωδια στο WC
I stayed at No. 39 Svolou Suites on a last minute trip to Thessaloniki. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite was better in my opinion than the high rated hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable and I loved the looks of the room and the bathroom. It felt modern with some classic details. A lift was available to get to the floors above. WiFi was fast and consistent. Your room would be cleaned and the bed made daily if you like. The location is great as you can find anything you may need within a few minutes walk, from a Freddo Espresso to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You feel like you are in the center of everything while still having privacy. I highly recommend this as a place to stay and will be booking this again in the future when I return to Greece.
