Guest：We are so impressed with the Jaz neo Reef hotel. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding with a huge selection available at every meal. I’d single out Abdo the executive sous chef who was always on hand to make suggestions. Every day was a treat for us, and of course the sunshine! Oh yes! The sunshine! Our room was lovely. Spacious and quiet, and the whole resort is clean and well maintained. There was entertainment provided every night and I’d single out Amina on the team for her warmth and friendliness. Oh, and Mido who supplied us with herbs and lotions from his tiny shop in the hotel. What a wise and kind man! And then there’s Michael, with the jewellery shop in the hotel, who made us two beautiful silver rings in record time. My wife and I had the most amazing massages too: I’d recommend the hot stone massage. Wow! Claudia you’re a star! What a lovely bunch of people! Wish I could mention them all. I’ve come home fully restored after just 7 days of sunshine, snorkelling and feasting. This is my first trip to Egypt and I’ll definitely be back!
