The view is unbeatable and location is super excellent like what we want exactly nearby everything like pyramids of Giza and No new Egyptian museum, we loved every thing about this hotel from welcoming to the end , the staff is super friendly
Si tratta di una soluzione molto economica, considerata la posizione, praticamente di fronte all'ingresso del parco delle piramidi di Giza, dalla cui terrazza/sala pranzo si gode di una spettacolare vista sulle piramidi e sulla Sfinge. Soggiornare in zona piramidi è sicuramente suggestivo e la vista di questo hotel non smentisce questo fatto, ma se volete visitare la città del Cairo, mettete in conto tra i 20 e i 40 minuti per raggiungere il centro, ogni volta. Le camere sono abbastanza ampie e dotate di frigorifero personale. Il personale è (quasi) sempre stato disponibile e gentile e ha risolto ogni problema che abbiamo segnalato. La colazione è tutto sommato abbondante: uova sode, crema di lenticchie, formaggi (buoni), baba ganoush (molto buono), felafel (spettacolari), grissini, biscotti (uno a testa), marmellata confezionata, formaggini e pane. Come bibite vi offrono latte caffè o té, su richiesta. Ovviamente la maggior parte delle pietanze sono salate. Se cercate la colazione dolce, cambiate struttura. Sebbene non ci si possa lamentare della pulizia, le camere avrebbero decisamente bisogno di una svecchiata e di una manutenzione più attenta. Nella camera 108 mancava la maniglia della porta di ingresso, lato interno e se si lasciava la chiave fuori, ri rimaneva bloccati dentro e la porta del box doccia si apriva a fatica. La camera 101 aveva il pavimento rivestito con una moquette un po' fatiscente. La camera non viene rifatta regolarmente, a meno che non si richieda il servizio e si lasci la chiave della camera ai gestori, quando si esce. Considerate, per chi ha problemi di mobilità, che la struttura si trova agli ultimi piani di una palazzina, quindi per arrivare in camera, potreste anche essere costretti a fare quattro o cinque piani di scale. Nonostante sia riportato che la camera è dotata di asciugacapelli, in realtà ce n'è soltanto uno per tutto l'hotel e bisogna "contenderselo" con gli altri ospiti. Pagamento solo in contanti e con il signore alla reception che si lamentava della cifra pagata, salvo poi constatare che aveva sbagliato lui a contarli, nonostante li avessimo già contati e ricontati insieme più volte. Fortunatamente la nostra guida li ha ricontati per l'ennesima volta e gli ha dimostrato che si sbagliava. La struttura è praticamente invasa da tantissimi gatti, il che può risultare simpatico, ma anche problematico, se siete allergici al loro pelo o simile.
Réservation faite au nom du " perfect pyramids view inn" , surprise , cette h?tel a différent nom, c est le golden h?tel. A l arrivée, le gérant nous demande de régler la chambre qui l avait déjà été. Il a fallut que je lui prouve le retrait de la somme.incroyable. Les choses a retenir : Gentillesse du personnel , vue du roof top et literie confortable. Les moins : Taille de la chambre qui fait la moitié de celle annoncée,La salle d eau minuscule, l insonorisation inexistante au niveau de la fenêtre ( prévoyez des boules quies) . Le petit dej qui ne varie pas et gros manque de fruits. Restaurant (si on peut dire ) dont le prix n est pas en rapport avec ce que l on vous sert. Bref bien pour une nuit pour visiter le plateau de Gizeh, sinon passez votre chemin.
Excellent accueil, petit rafra?chissement en arrivant, personnels attentionnés et prévenants, Chambres jolies et propres, avec une incroyable vue sur les pyramides, Petit-déjeuner inclus et typique égyptien, Je recommande vivement !
Overall experience was okay but, a day before my checkout date Mohamed tried to kick me out saying I was leaving on the 27th when I had told him 7 nights. He refused to communicate with me and only communicated with my friend who spoke arabic which was obviously frustrating as I was the one staying in the room. It was such a stressful experience especially when travelling alone as a female in a foreign country and he refused to talk to me about it. However, we were able to come to a conclusion. I did not feel comfortable when leaving as I felt as though any kindness shown to me initially had completely disappeared, it definitely wasn’t a very nice experience.
Don’t be put off by the facade of the Golden Pyramids Inn, once you are inside the rooms are old but clean. The breakfasts were an absolute banquet, fresh and plentiful. The staff were an absolute delight. They were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. They assisted with organising out activities and offered alternate options to enhance our experience. We would not hesitate to go back.
Best view ever for the pyramids of Giza , the staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good and tasty , sound and light show is wonderful from the rooftop
The tickets office just 50 M from the hotel but we prefer to explore Cairo with hotel , they provide us with super tour guide Mo and Excellent driver Hamada Highly recommended.
