Great appartment - spacious and well looked after.
Excellent location for historic sites and access to river.
Unfortunatly we didnt receive receive arrival instructions and the email and contact number given on our ******* booking was not answered - thankfully we found local caretaker who let us in!
We were upgraded to their adjoining property, Mouzinho Village River, so this review is for that property. The accommodations are newly renovated and is beautiful! It’s a split on 3 floors: 2 bedrooms on the top floor, a few steps down and it’s the entryway, a few more steps down and you get to the living room, kitchen and additional bath (total of 2.5 baths). Nicely appointed accommodations with everything we needed for our short stay, even a washing machine (no dryer, but they income a drying rack). It’s so nice that my family had a hard time leaving! :)
The location is great, a few short blocks to the waterfront and Ponte Luis bridge.
I would highly recommend this accommodation and if I find myself back in Portugal, we will definitely rent the same place!
Lovely apartment but terrible communication
A lovely apartment. Very clean, well equipped, modern and centrally located.
Only thing that let it down was the communication, we didn't receive our entry instructions until 18.15 on the check in day.
Then after checking out I then received a phonecall asking to pay the tourist tax!
On arrival it took a few minutes to enter, via the intercom, but the lady was lovely and contacted me as promised when my apartment was ready. My luggage had already been delivered to my apartment when I came back. The building is superbly located only a few minutes walk to Sao Bento Station. Public areas were clean and well kept and I loved the quirky lift. My 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was at the rear of the building so the views were nothing special, but the designers had done a great job designing the apartment. I particularly loved the dining area and spent a lot of my time enjoying this space. I couldn't fault Mouzinho 160 Apartments and highly recommend it.
