非常好，位置到景点不远，很安静，服务很及时，刚到的时候有点冷，就送了取暖器。房间客厅是挑高的，布置也很有品味。

Nearby Porto old town. Parking available, but challenging.

Carl was fantastic. Upon arrival at the airport, our arrival at the property and responding to any questions or concerns we had. Our original mattress was extremely hard and he changed out the mattress for a softer one promptly. He messaged us to ask permission to enter the room to do this as we were out. He was very informative about the local area, indicating places to go and things to do
We had an issue with the A/C unit in that it leaked water onto the floor when turned off. We mentioned this as we were checking out so I have no doubt that it is by next remedied
The Duque de Loulé is a beautiful 250 year old historic building it the heart of Porto. We really feel like we were in Portugal. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the traffic noise and other tenants may be of concern
Overall, a great experience.

Great stay!
Very nice and clean appartment very close (walking distance) to all the main things to see in Porto and also the Dom Luiz 1 bridge which you can cross to go to Villa nova de Gaia (Port caves). Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette has everything you need to cook simple things and they also provide with a parking spot in the garage! Just make sure to contact them before your arrival to arrange the parking.

We loved this apartment in Porto! It was close to the Sao Bento train station (10 min walk), laundromat (3 minute walk), grocery store (5 min walk) and some great restaurants. Kyle was awesome for communication and always communicated in a timely manner. The apartment itself is really great- awesome kitchen and living room area. We loved the fact that they had a water filtration system on the second floor so we could always fill up our water bottles! We highly recommend!

Great location and great stay
Lovely spot in porto, right downtown we walked everywhere. They also had a parking spot in the building which made it extra handy for us. Wasn't particularly loud, and the host that was there to greet us to park our car was lovely. Great stay.

A localiza??o do apartamento é muito boa. Perto de supermercado e varios restaurantes.
O apartamento tem toda infra necessária. Só o colch?o da cama é que poderia ser melhor, pois dava pra sentir as molas.
O hotel nao tem elevador, mas isso n?o foi problema pra gente.
A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa, prestativa e bastante educada.
