Heel fijn pension! Gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en attent, hij had goede tips wat er in de omgeving te doen was. Ontbijt was voor ieder wat wils, en van goede kwaliteit en in ruime hoeveelheid. Koffie was zeer goed! Kamer was ruim, bedden sliepen goed. Alles was goed schoon. Locatie is ideaal, 10 min lopen naar Hahnenkamm- en Hornbahn, centrum met restaurants en winkels is één trap omhoog. En gratis parkeren voor de deur!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa pensione a ferragosto per 2 notti Posizione centralissima , la casa e’ molto carina curata nei Minimi particolari. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite. Il padrone di casa Nico molto disponibile. Ottima colazione. Soggiorno positivo

House Koller is situated perfectly in the beautiful town of Kitzbühel. Not only is the location perfect for exploring the town and hitting the slopes but the staff at house Koller will make you feel right at home. Not only will I be recommending Kitzbühel as an idyllic location for a mountain getaway, I will insist any friends visiting stay with at hous Koller. One final and massive thank you to Niko for not only being an awesome host, but his flexibility with our travel plans, his recommendations in the town, and his clear love for what he does. I have just returned from a super week if skiing in Kitzbuhel, Austria. We are a family if 2 adults and 16yr old. We stayed at Haus Koller. This is a fantastic place that I cannot recommend highly enough. It is so cosy and homely. It has many traditional features and is literally 50 yards from the centre of Kitzbuhel and a 5 minute walk to the main Ski area (Hahnankam). The host at Haus Koller is Dagmar. She is a fantastic lady. Kind, helpful abd cannot do enough to ensure your stay is a good one. The rooms are nice, spacious with all standard hotel amenities (TV, Towels, toiletries etc). The Haus has a number of nice chill out spots with great views and there is a nice ski storage area for all your equipment. We met travellers from all over the world who all felt the same as we did about Haus Koller.

Very nice guesthouse. Dagmar the hostess is a super friendly and loving person. Very nice breakfast. The location is superb. Highly recommend. Clean. Stayed for 9 nights and were all happy from our group of 7.
