Olinto was, without a doubt, one of the most extraordinary stays of my life. The level of hospitality and thoughtful pampering is something I have truly never experienced before. This is a place that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. The pavilions are absolutely breathtaking — a masterpiece of architecture and design, where every detail reflects exceptional taste and understated luxury. Nothing is overlooked. The staff welcome and care for you as if you were a guest in their own home: warm, attentive, genuine, and always cheerful. The food was simply phenomenal — Michelin-star quality dining set in the heart of the Atlas Mountains, an experience that feels almost unreal. The curated experiences were equally impressive: the cooking class was both joyful and memorable, while the spa and hammam offered deep relaxation and tranquility. This stay was part of our honeymoon, and we truly could not have chosen a more magical place. There is not a single thing we could fault. Olinto will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we are already counting the days until we return.

This property is an oasis in the Atlas mountains. Once you enter the gates of this property after your drive up into the mountains, you are welcomed into a comfortable, warming environment. The entire staff is there to please you, with no request going unmet during your stay. The property is lush and peaceful, with meandering paths to explore. The pavilions are spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. We ate at the restaurant each night during our 3 night stay, and each meal was outstanding. The menu varied each night, which was a pleasant surprise. There was a bar separate from the restaurant, offering a comfortable space to relax prior to heading to dinner.

We stayed for 3 nights in September . The only word i could use is WHOAAAAAA. Absolutely amazing , literally ! Perfection on an every level: the hotel , the garden , the staff , the food , the drinks . Attention to details is beyond what anyone can imagine . Our room was beautiful , well designed. The spa , the massages wonderful. I`m trying to find words to describe our experience but how many other words i can find to match PERFECT . Thank you so much for looking after us

My wife and I did our honeymoon in Morocco and had an amazing trip, one of the highlights of which was our stay at Olinto. 90 minutes away from Marrakech, the property is perfectly positioned as a retreat for a quick stay, or in our case a retreat towards the end of a long trip with lots of driving between Moroccan locations. We spent 3 nights at Olinto are and so glad we did - it's a peaceful Oasis in the High Atlas mountains. We're both in our late 30s and enjoy both adventure and for our honeymoon, a touch of luxury and relaxtion, and Olinto provided both. The front desk staff was super helpful, booking us awesome hiking trips with local guides (highly recommend the one to Ouirgane Valley), a horse riding experience for my wife, and also a cooking class on-site. Each residence is spacious and meticulously designed - we loved the small details of the room, and really loved the private rooftop. Beds were comfy, bathroom was huge, and there were nice touches throughout. A lot of care and love has been put into the overall design of the property, with indoor and outdoor dining options, a beautiful bar with a stunning terrace, and a clean/modern gym and spa facility nearby. The food was fresh and breakfast was delicious (loved the berber eggs). The staff were great at balancing great service without being too overbearing - we found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Olinto and look forward to going back there again in the future!!

A truly exceptional boutique hotel in a stunning location. Very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Excellent food. Lovely spa. Fabulous gardens. We will certainly return with friends & family.

Wonderful new property and staff. Only nine pavilions in total. Large beautifully landscaped property with two pools and great restaurant. Rooftop area allows for sunsets with a 360° view of the High Atlas mountains. The staff go out of their way to help. We found this out when my brother in law fell on our second hiking day. He sustained a painful pelvic fracture. He was safe to walk but it was painful. When we came back to the Olinto with him on the mule, the staff assisted us physically, onto the golf cart, and into his pavilion and bed. Then back to the car to take him to the private hospital in Marrakech. When we came back at one AM, three staff were ready to help us back to the room. Service above and beyond! Thanks Olinto!

This is a lovely property with extensive gardens and private, large accommodations. Our main disappointment was in dining. One night there was a group tour seated at one large table. As we were expecting an intimate setting, we found this unpleasant. But our biggest issue was the food. We had been in Morocco for 12 days and with one exception found the cuisine to be unvaried. The same was true at Olinto. Too many tagines. We resorted to ordering just appetizers to inject some variety. Visitors to a high end property such as this expect the dining to be on a par with the property.

Olinto was truly the highlight of our trip to Morocco. We had a villa with a pool which was a real treat and worth the extra expense. Everything was truly perfect. The grounds were spectacular with lots of special private sitting areas to relax...but then again, it was hard to leave the patio of your villa. We had breakfast there every morning. Dinner was served under a gorgeous gazebo and food was excellent Moroccan cuisine. We took advantage of the spa offerings. HIghly recommend the Hammam. We also took 2 hikes. One was the Berber village excursion that I highly recommend that took you through mountain villages to a waterfall and then to a home for lunch. It was wonderful to see how the local people really live and our guides were so informative about the local culture. The cooking class was fun too. But with all the above being said, NOTHING topped the the lovely staff at Olinto. They were so warm and friendly. Always with huge smiles on their faces and ready to accommodate any thing you wanted. I can't recommend Olinto highly enough.
