L'Hotel OZ Palace ci ha colpito per il suo stile architettonico meraviglioso e l'atmosfera accogliente. Abbiamo trovato le camere molto grandi e arredate con gusto, con un'attenzione ai dettagli che abbiamo gradito molto. La colazione è ottima e varia, perfetta per ogni esigenza. Ci teniamo a sottolineare la gentilezza dello staff, specialmente della manager Samira che si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile nei nostri confronti. Bellissimo anche il giardino con la piscina, un angolo di tranquillità molto curato. Ottima la presenza del parcheggio interno alla struttura, che garantisce massima comodità.

Simplesmente impecável! Me senti em um palácio de verdade… fomos recepcionados com chá e biscoitos tradicionais do Marrocos. O quarto era extremamente luxuoso, com uma varanda privativa com mesa para apreciar a vista lindíssima da cidade. O banheiro era grande, com aquecedor para deixar mais confortável o ambiente pós banho. No quarto tinham castanhas e água de cortesia. Fizemos uma massagem deliciosa no spa do hotel, vale super a pena. O jantar estava impecável (escolhemos as op??es logo que fizemos o check-in) e o café da manh? também estava ótimo. Fomos super bem atendidos pela equipe.

This one is the best out of three I experienced so far in Morocco. The rooms are large and decorated like palaces, beds are comfortable and shower pressure is excellent. I loved food and hotel’s team deserves A+!

From start to finish, the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Morocco! I stayed for one night, and everything from the accommodations to the meals to the service was exceptional. My room was elegant, with so many intricate, handcrafted pieces adorning the walls, and the tilework was beautiful. The room was quiet and clean, with a gorgeous view of the courtyard from my balcony. For dinner, I had a seafood dish with fish, shrimp, and calamari; I am not normally a great lover of fish, but this was one of the best seafood dishes I have ever had. The breakfast spread was astonishing, and everything was delicious! If you are anywhere on the road between Marrakech and Merzouga, do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. Of all the hotels I stayed in on my visit, this is the hotel I wish I could have stayed in longer.

Zeer rustige ommuurde prachtige tuin met hotel in zeer mooie architectuur, beperkt aantal gigantisch ruime kamers met voldoende water en koffiedranken ter beschikking, ontbijt is fenomenaal uitgebreid en bijhorende high standard bediening, is 5sterren waardig!

Wir haben am Strassenrand kurz vor Ouarzazate ein Werbeplakat für das Oz Palace gesehen und haben uns spontan für eine übernachtung dort entschieden. Es sollte eine der sch?nsten und teuersten Unterkünfte unserer Rundreise in Marokko werden. Lage: Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Ouarzazate in einer "bescheidenen" Umgebung. Sprich, bis wenige Meter vor dem Hotel h?tten wir da niemals eine so sch?ne Unterkunft erwartet. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotelgeb?ude ist nicht eingez?unt. Sicherheitshalber sollte man daher s?mtliche Wertsachen mit auf das Zimmer nehmen. Hotelanlage: Die Architektur des Geb?udes im traditionellen Stil ist bereits ein Hingucker. Wenn man dann aber die Lobby betritt, fühlt man sich tats?chlich in 1000 und 1 Nacht versetzt. Orientalische B?gen, Wasserspiele, der Duft von Rosenwasser... so stellt man sich das Paradies vor. W?ren da nicht die vielen Kratzer und kleineren M?ngel, die auf einen Renovierungsbedarf hinweisen. Der grüne Garten schien gepflegt und sauber, nur verbreitete sich leider an einigen Stellen ein intensiver, unangenehmer F?kaliengeruch. Der Pool h?tte eine tolle M?glichkeit zum Erfrischen und Entspannen geboten, w?re er mit Wasser gefüllt gewesen. Zimmer: Wir schliefen zu dritt mit einem Kleinkind in einem grosszügigen Dreibett-Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Sicht auf den Garten. Das Hauptbett hatte Kingsize-Gr?sse. Die harte Matratze und die steife Decke waren nicht nach unserem Geschmack, scheinen in Marokko aber Standard zu sein. Service: Für uns war der Service der gr?sste Pluspunkt des Hotels. Schon auf dem Parkplatz wurden wir freundlich begrüsst und man hat unser Gep?ck entgegengenommen. In der Lobby erwarteten uns Minzetee und süsses Geb?ck. Der Rezeptionist war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dank seinem Vorschlag konnten wir unsere Gruppe von sieben Personen auf die zwei letzten freien Zimmer verteilen, die eigentlich nur für sechs G?ste ausgelegt waren. Einen Aufpreis mussten wir nicht bezahlen. Ein grosses Dankesch?n nochmals an dieser Stelle! Gastronomie: Wir nahmen sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant ein. Das Abendessen bestand aus einem vom Hotel festgelegten Drei-G?nge-Menü aus der europ?ischen Küche: Gemüsesuppe, Rindsfilet Stroganoff, Panna Cotta. Alles sehr lecker. Das Frühstücksbuffet war typisch marokkanisch, also süss und kalorienreich. Kuchen, Süssgeb?ck und Früchte dominierten. Auf Wunsch wurden auch Eierspeisen zubereitet. Der Kaffee war nicht geniessbar. Fazit: Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, versprüht aber noch immer einen orientalischen Charme. Preislich bewegt man sich im oberen Segment. Dafür stimmen Zimmer, Service und Essen.

Excelente hotel alejado del centro de Ouarzazate, nos recibieron muy gentilmente con un té de hierbas y dulces marroquíes, un gesto muy cálido de la hospitalidad de Marruecos, servidos por una muy gentil se?orita que hablaba inglés. Este hotel, es quizás demasiado lujoso para pasar 1 sola noche en nuestra recorrida por Marruecos, rumbo al desierto. La ambientación es muy típica ya que se trata de un castillo remodelado. El cuarto, original, muy espacioso, con ba?o compartimentado, contaba con un hermoso balcón hacia los jardines del hotel. El restaurante muy elegante, donde sirven excelente comida típica de la cocina marroquí, degustamos una "Pastilla de Pollo" y un "Tajine de carne con ciruelas y duraznos secos" ambos platos de los más típicos de la zona. Previamente nos sirvieron una exquisita sopa marroquí, muy sabrosa. El desayuno muy abundante, servido en un salón muy luminoso con acceso al jardín. En ambas ocasiones nos atendió muy gentil y correctamente Oualid, quien estuvo siempre atento a nuestros requerimientos.

Trouvé au dernier moment en remplacement d'un riad devenu indisponible, ce palace offre un service 5 étoiles aussi bien au niveau de l'accueil, de la restauration que des chambres.

Endroit Hyper propre au c?ur d'un village Marocain, donc très locale. Tous les employées ont pour mission rendre votre visite agréable. Au milieu d'un village à c?té d'un école très peu d'activité au alentours, donc on doit profiter du palace qui offre une piscine chauffée, une cour intérieure magnifique avec jardin bien aménagé. De l'accueil au service du restaurant et à la nourriture, tous sans exception nous offre un expérience digne de l'hospitalité Marocaine. Idéale pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Sans hésiter je recommande cet endroit.

Where do I even begin. If you are looking for a sign on what hotel to stay at whilst In ouarzazate , then let this be it. Oz palace was extraordinary. It took the Hotel experience and customer service level beyond a level I knew even existed. From the second our Car arrived outside the front door, we were greeted by amazing team members who were happy to see us. They immediately helped us with our bags and took them straight to our room. We were taken care of by several staff members from the second our Car door opened to being escorted up to our room. Every single team members was incredibly kind, caring and welcoming. A special shoutout to the receptionist who gave us all the fantastic tips for things to do Around Ouarzazate and for explaining all the features of our room and hotel. The rooms were very spacious, incredibly clean and well stocked up. They had drinking water, mini fridge and Toiletries. We had a beautiful view of the Pool, Atlas Mountains and the palm trees. Incredibly view to wake up to. The attention to detail by Room service was absolutely amazing !! We had all of our Toiletries topped up every day, new towels everyday, fresh sheets every 2 days, all our belongs neatly organised and bathroom cleaned. The cleanliness of the hotel overall is remarkable. Every single little corner is perfectly cleaned and polished. There is staff attendants on every corner of the hotel making you feel welcomed and answering any questions you may have. Everyone in the hotel is happy and bubbly and they genuinely make you feel welcomed. I could keep writing on and on about how incredible this hotel is and how much we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Oz palace. But I think I've given enough information to convince you this is the place to be. Best money we ever spent ! A huge thank you to Every single team member at Oz palace for making us feel so welcome and comfortable whilst staying with you!!!
