  • Guest：The location is beautiful, but the cleaning staff does not meet the hotel's standards. We had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and coffee pads. The cleaning is done quickly and poorly. The restaurant and the bar are good. The staff of the bar and the restaurant meet the standards and are really friendly. Avoid booking a room on the marina unless you enjoy listening to children yelling from 4:00 to 8:00 pm right in front of your room, some of whom are the staff's children. This can be disappointing if you want to enjoy the view and spend time on your balcony. Unfortunately, these children are left unattended. Thank you to the parents… and to the hotel staff
  • Guest：We first stayed at Nanny Cay 25 years ago and our trips were broken only by the twin hurricanes and the pandemic. Great to be back. New rooms are really good,clean, and didn't lose the rustic charm. Staff was new to us (except for Devon!) but they were as pleasent, effcient and helpful as we remembered. Room with balcony overlooking the marina great to be lulled to sleep by the clanking of the masts. We were pleased that children of staff got to enjoy the pool and beach on weekends. But we do miss the old Peg Legs. Over the years it had developed into a destination restaurant, but no more.
  • Guest：It is a small but very cozy hotel with a friendly staff. Clean sheets, pillows and comfortable bed. The resort has several options to eat, a convenience store, bars coffee shop and a boutique store. (Restaurant open at 0600-0930pm) In addition this resort count with a great Marina w/ boat(s) gas station.
  • Guest：Excellent hotel and marina. This is one of our fav spots in the BVI. Great place to start and end a charter. Has all of the things you need. Nic beach. Great pool, grocery store, two restaurants, laundry, marine store etc. the service the provide is excellent. Rooms are lovely. Thank you for always looking after us. See you next year.
