No kettle in room no heating tv signal bad we paid for nights but only stayed 1 night as partner felt unwell as no heating she got health problems

Very dated. Cracks in walls. Shower tray overflows because of blocked plug hole. Staff were not very welcoming. Came back after 11pm and had to wait 25minutes for night porter to let me in and this seemed like a chore for him! Book somewhere else.

Old School Hotel
The Sandringham is an old school hotel in many ways. I've stayed here twice and it's certainly quirky. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are antiquated but have a certain charm. The amenities in the room are a bit lacking (only two small bars of soap, no shampoo, body wash, etc.) Incredibly central to most of what you'd do in Weston and very convenient.

Never again
The room was very cramped (probably a single room being used as a twin). Carpet was stained, 'mucky bits' on corner of shower cubicle where water has clearly leaked for a long time. The room (as is much of the hotel) is old and tired. Mattresses were cleary very old, very soft and should have been changed a long time ago. We learned from a member of staff that the hotel is due for refurbishment. Our room shuld never have been let out to guests in its current condition. As the hotel is mainly Coach parties it may be that those guest rooms are kept in better condition.
THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Babies milk bottle found down behind the pillows on the bed , had obviously been there awhile . Food all under the bed . No hot water in the shower for over an hour in the morning . Shower drain so blocked up with filthy it wouldn't let the water go down , my partner had to clear the drain for us to shower .
