We stayed here for 2 nights - Friday and Saturday - while returning from Plymouth after a trip seeing friends in Brittany. We needed somewhere convenient to Weston-super-Mare so my wife could meet up with some friends and relatives. Our hostess, Vanessa, was very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean, nicely equipped and quiet (we had the room at the back), access and parking were easy and the breakfasts were excellent. We couldn't ask more of a B&B, and we felt that not only was our stay very pleasant but it also was good value for money.

This B & B was amazing. It is the best B &B we have ever stayed at. Friendliness of the host, the cleanliness of the house, the breakfast which set us up for the day was all 11 out of 10! Couldn't fault anything at all. A definite gem in Weston-super-Mare. Will certainly return. Thank you Vanessa.

Fernlea is well placed on the Locking Road and close to Weston Milton railway station. It is extremely clean and well maintained and Vanessa cooks (freshly to order) a lovely breakfast. Guests are welcome to order takeaway food and eat it in the dining room. We had good nights sleep and will not hesitate to stay here again.

So pleased we stayed at Fernlea Guest House for a 2 night stay. A great B&B. Excellent room & facilities, very clean and Vanessa was the perfect hostess

Really nice guest house, rooms very comfortable, en suite, everything was spotlessly clean and Vanessa was very welcoming. Breakfast excellent. Great place to stay if you’re going to playhouse theatre. Parking spaces available which was great.

Smashing place. A proper homely feel, clean and courteous. And if the full English is too much for you, try a cracking bacon butty instead! Quiet at night, and a comfortable distance from the sea front to be not TOO 'seasidey'(?) - but handy for all amenities in the area

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at Fernlea, we were made very welcome by the wonderful host. The whole guesthouse is spotlessly clean, we stayed in room 1 and again the room was spotless and very spacious with two single beds which were nice and comfortable and a lovely ensuite bathroom again spotlessly clean. The made to order breakfast was perfectly cooked and not greasy at all, lovely cafeteria coffee or a pot of tea, cereal and toast available as well. Location was perfect for us as slightly out of town but only a 5 min drive or a 45 min walk, it is also on the bus route to the beachfront. Plenty of parking on the driveway. I really can't fault this guesthouse and will definitely return again when in Weston-super-Mare wouldn't want to stay anywhere else while here, fernlea is a little gem of a guesthouse.

Fabulous guest house. Immaculate, comfortable bed room (Room 2!) Had everything we could need. Slightly out of town but on the bus route and a couple of places to walk to. Vanessa was a fab host, breakfasts were made to measure and really lovely. Spacious en suite shower room. Off road parking at the door for all guests. Would recommend and would return. Thank you!

Fernlea Guest House in Western-Super-Mare is a lovely establishment to stay in whilst visiting the town. The owner, Vanessa, is there to welcome you into her home with her attention to detail and superb breakfast, which is a winner. Comfortable beds and a lovely spot, situated on the main bus route to the seafront. Free and easy parking for guests & across the road from the pub. I would certainly recommend Fernlea when next visiting.
