Guest：Positives - Fantastic location, within a 5 minute walk to all of Dalyan's great bars and restaurants. - No issues with getting sun loungers - Didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to put towels down and it was easy to find sun loungers later in the afternoon if you were out all morning. - Bar drinks are reasonably priced with a good selection of coffees with a proper coffee machine, nice wines and they make a good G&T ?? - Pretty grounds and nice pools. - Staff very accommodating allowing us to keep the same room for the late check out. - Although the rooms are basic, they have everything you need with good air con and a good sized fridge. Negatives - Room cleanliness- On arrival it says that bedding and towels are changed every 3 days. However, we stayed for 11 nights and we were given new towels once. The bedding had not been changed the whole time that we were there (there was a stain on the bed sheet when we arrived which was still there at the end of our stay). Floors are not swept/mopped enough either. - Breakfast is limited and repetitive. Overall, my husband and I found the breakfast to be poor quality. For example, only one type of juice available each morning and it wasn't fresh juice, same types of bread every morning, same two types of cheese every morning, unripe plums and watermelon were the only two types of fruit available. There was a lovely lady cooking fresh eggs and pancakes which were great and the coffee was decent which was a bonus. - Late checkout charge of ￡35 must be paid in pounds sterling, which we were not told until we were paying our bill at check out on our last day. In order to get late check out you have to ask on the morning when you are due to leave. There was no issues with keeping our room on until we had to leave later that evening which was great however, when we went to pay the bill at check out the manager said that they wanted the late check out fee of ￡35 paid in pounds and cash which we were not made aware of and therefore we didn't have the cash. They allowed us to pay in Turkish lira using our card however, the manager was quite rude about it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Binlik as the location is perfect and the pools are lovely. However, we wouldn't stay again due to the negative points above and we felt that although most of the staff were lovely, the managers were unwelcoming.
Guest：We stayed here 24th July to 29th July Positive first Very clean hotel Quiet Great location Friendly staff Maids was very good non stop cleaning throughout day in hotel Air conditioning was really good Lovely view from balcony over looking pool Check out is 12pm which is great for a late flight home Great location 10 minute walk if that into dalyan Main Street Negative Breakfast was ok very basic We had toast most mornings Could of done with more fruit Coffee not great out of machine (waited till bar was open at 10am to get Americano Bar is advertised till 12pm Came back couple of times 3 different evening to have couple of Last drinks for nightcap and was closed 1 night I asked if bar was open at reception To be told someone was poorly (fair enough) Other nights told it was closed as not many people wanted bar But having said this would definitely stop again But miss breakfast and not bother with bar on late evening
Guest：Lovely Hotel and perfect location.Breakfast is basic but has enough choices and the lady outside cooks the fried egg perfectly.Rooms are clean and comfy bed.Prices at bar are very reasonable and a good choice of food and drink.Our third visit to Binlik and won't be our last.
Guest：Great hotel second visit for me.. very peaceful, most holiday makers are returning customers, so that’s got to tell you something.. location perfect, just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. Very clean rooms tidied daily and sheets changed every three days. Bar prices are cheap and the food is good during the day. And contrary to other reports have found the owner Mr Binlik always very polite and is always smiling. Would recommend to solo and couples over 40 for a relaxing break..
